I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had clearly booked and fully paid for a Suite room in advance through Trip, but upon arrival, the staff gave me a small room. They initially claimed that their system did not show my Suite booking and even said that I had not made any payment, which was very frustrating since I had already paid in full before my arrival. After some discussion, they finally confirmed that my payment was received. However, I was too tired to continue arguing about the suite room, so I ended up staying in the smaller room. What made things worse, I had already tried to contact the hotel one month before my arrival via Telegram and email to confirm my booking, but I never received any response. The only positive point is that the staff were personally kind and still helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, since there is no lift in the hotel.

This hotel in my view is in the best location. It is right at the edge of the pedestrian street where all restaurants and cafes are . The hotel is cozy , simple, quiet, clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast menu is very good and suites most tastes . The front desk staff are very friendly and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all visitors to Moscow .

This hotel is nice, Good room size and very good location in the new Arbat street and near to the old Arbat street as will which has a lot of restaurant and coffee. The price is a little bit expensive

Hello to the esteemed management of Novotel Moscow, I am guest Saja Al-Mutawa. I would like to inform you of my extreme dissatisfaction with the receptionist Varvara's treatment of me upon check-in. My reservation was from 6/18/2025 to 6/22/2025, two rooms for four people, reservation number (). The full amount of the stay was paid via Trip.com. My flight was delayed, so my check-in was delayed that day. This was a delay from the airline, and I bear no responsibility for it. I arrived on 6/19/2025. I contacted the reception before that, and informed them that I would be delayed about four times, and the employee told me that it was fine as long as the reservation was paid. I also contacted the Trip.com app, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that the reservation had been canceled!! How I contacted you several times and each time I was told that my flight was delayed and my reservation was paid for. After many attempts that lasted for hours and I explained my situation that I was with an elderly person with cancer who was receiving chemotherapy and was very tired, our passports were taken and we were given rooms. I am very upset with this unprofessional treatment and will not give the hotel a good rating despite my great satisfaction with the place and rooms.

excellent,good location,and delicious breakfast. daily house keeping. but my room in 13th floor,some elevator's light of 13th floor is broken,I supposed it will not stop at 13th floor since I push 13 and no red light turn on,but it stopped at 13 floor finally. so I think the light of button is damage.

They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations. Overall, Peter 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations — beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow who wants a comfortable and memorable stay.

Best winterfell in Russia it has large place for lunch coffee and it's clean reception lady are very nice speak English Chinese probably a little attitude for people not obeying rule only one thing bad people are too much when I check in

I already wrote a review. I'll just add about the difference in the rooms; it wasn't obvious to me from the photos—the economy room has a bed on the second bunk, while the standard room has a bed on the first.
