"The attitude was unbelievably bad, but the location was excellent. They took advantage of Chinese guests. On the first day, they told me the room I booked was unavailable and offered me an alternative. I agreed, only to find it was an attic room, requiring me to carry my luggage down a flight of stairs. It wasn't about the amount of money, but Ctrip's attitude made me feel very comfortable."
