"The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from Red Square and roughly 8-10 minutes from the metro station. The room facilities are a bit basic, like a guesthouse, but the hygiene is quite good. The bed is soft but doesn't cause any back pain. The front desk staff speak good English and are very friendly and welcoming."

"My first trip to Russia, and it was a great stay. The hotel is very close to Leningradsky railway station, about a 10-minute walk. It's only a few metro stops from Red Square. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the restaurant was beautiful with lovely Russian background music (I even added some to my own playlist). The staff were very friendly. The front desk was always helpful and accommodating. The room decor was beautiful, perfectly fitting Russian aesthetics. The only downsides were a strange odor in the room, possibly due to old plumbing, and I would suggest providing more bottled water daily. Two bottles aren't enough, and I had to call the front desk every time I needed more."

"I stayed from June 11th to 12th in room 516. I arrived at 3 AM after a long drive, my only goal was to get some good rest before hitting the road again. I was traveling by personal car. 1. The description mentioned city parking, but not its location. Since this is Moscow and the hotel is near the Third Transport Ring, accessing it involves a one-way service road. The city parking is actually several buildings *before* the hotel, and it's quite difficult to figure out it's city parking without pre-studying a map. There's no city parking directly next to the hotel. However, there is underground parking at the hotel itself, but it's paid – 250 rubles per hour! There are no discounts for hotel guests. So, for just sleeping from 3 AM to 9 AM, I ended up paying an additional 1500 rubles for the hotel's own parking. 2. Cleanliness. The toilet seat had dried urine stains. There's really nothing more to add here. Unfortunately, I was too tired to think of taking a picture, so I just grabbed a towel, wet it, and wiped everything down thoroughly. 3. There was a door in my room leading to the adjacent room. It didn't cause problems, but it felt a bit unsettling. At the very least, while I was trying to figure out what that door was, I woke up the neighbors on the other side of it, for which I apologize if they happen to read this review. 4. There are voice alarm speakers installed in every room and throughout the entire hotel. And they HUM! It's awful. In the quiet of the night, the hissing and crackling from the speakers is horrendous! This was consistent throughout the hotel, as I discovered in the morning when I went for breakfast. Please check the grounding of the lines or the connection points of the speakers to the amplifier, and verify all wiring! Don't torture your guests! 5. The air conditioning system in the room is as incredibly loud as an old, ancient refrigerator. I had to turn it off for the night. I fell asleep to the crackling of the audio speaker, covered with a second pillow, with the AC system switched off. 6. Breakfast buffet. There was a good selection to choose from. What I ate, I enjoyed. The variety of the buffet was a 4- out of 5. I expected more from a hotel of this caliber. 7. This will be my first and last stay at this hotel in Moscow!"
