I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

It was indeed an amazing stay!🥰 . The staff were all so kind and accommodating ❤️ . I love its concept -- being an eco-friendly hotel using containers for the rooms with empty bottles, tree branches for the rooms interiors and lots of hand paintings and own grown up plants all over ❤️❤️❤️ . Love that they are also pet friendly hotel ( a pet playground with waiting area was provided). My family enjoyed games of billiards and table tennis at the roofdeck too!🥰 The place is very instagrammable and unique! We also enjoyed our breakfasts at their Bahay Kafe. They also have function room for intimate gatherings and restos and a spa. Location wise - very near the major road, the first Starbucks in Tagaytay and the nearby tourist attractions! I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We had a great stay at Hortz in Tagaytay. The staff were very accommodating and even let us switch to one of their new Japandi rooms, which was spacious, nicely designed, and had new appliances. It fit our group of six comfortably (though the extra foldable beds weren’t the comfiest). The place is accessible, with its own café, restaurant, and souvenir shop. Only downside was the shower heater and water pressure, but overall, service and experience were really good. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
