GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly, and the traditional Mongolian ger experience was particularly impressive. Unlike typical traditional ger accommodations, this place preserves the traditional atmosphere while maintaining a very clean and comfortable interior. The showers and toilets are well-equipped with modern amenities, and the availability of hot water 24 hours a day was very convenient. The restaurant was also clean and modern, which was satisfying. It was especially special to be able to visit nearby nomadic families to experience traditional Mongolian life, and to enjoy various activities such as cycling on the grasslands and horseback riding. Just staying at Hunnu Camp allowed me to fully experience Mongolia's nature, culture, and atmosphere. I wish I could stay longer, but I had to leave due to my next schedule. I highly recommend a two-night stay to anyone planning a trip to Mongolia.

Not only the place is super clean, sleek new and warm but also the owner is absolutely amazing!! 😎🎉 She was super sweet and helpful about my needs - I'll definitely stay there again and again!! 🩷🩷🩷 Besides, I really liked the pillows - they're orthopedic!! The kitchen has all the equipment and everything works just perfectly!! 🙏🏼💙 This is probably the best place to stay in UB!! 20 stars out of 10 😉✨

GGuest UserI stayed twice here during my time in Monglia. Check in was super easy. Staff makes daily diffrent breakfast. They store luggages if needed when you go on an overnight trip or explore the city after you check out. They have an amazing Gameroom with one of the most beautiful chest boards ive come across. Would defently stay again.

GGuest UserI would highly recommend this hotel, it is well located near the city centre and its staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged a car to pick us up from the airport when we arrived and helped us check the time and location of the show we wanted to see. When we arrived they upgraded our room, which was beautiful, spacious and very clean.

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated in a very central area about 15 minutes' walk to the Gandantegchinlen Monastery or to Seoul Street. It is also adjacent to several malls where you can get access to cafes, convenience stores and restaurants all day long. It is a busy location in the city so it is a good starting point for exploring the city of Ulaanbaatar. The amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay and the room is very compact but spacious enough for two. The bathroom was clean but housekeeping could be improved. The hot water system was not very stable - sometimes being very cold or too warm, but it did not affect our stay too much as it worked fine most of the time. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep after a long day exploring the city. Soundproofing was generally good and we did not have any issues with noise being placed in a room at the end of the corridor away from lifts. All in all we would definitely recommend this hotel for all travelers.

GGuest UserThe service was super, Ms Nara was extremely helpful, when my husband noticed only 2 bottles of water, Ms Nara immediately came back with 4 bottles plus a welcoming drink coupon. She also provided us info about the festival. When we left, she helped us to get taxi and told driver the destination in local language. Food in 2nd floor restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

GGuest UserI stayed at Eagle Town a second time on my way home from Mongolia, and even though I arrived late, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the guy at the front desk whose name I didn't catch. He got me a ride to the airport the day after, and -- although this was a misunderstanding -- had prepared the room specially to house four people (I was traveling alone, but Trip.com had made it look like there were four of us). The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds, perfect after having been in the countryside for a week. The location is rather close to Chinggis Khan Airport, or at least as close as you're likely to get for now, and there are plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores in the area. I didn't have any use for the kitchen, but it seemed to be supplied with at least some basics for people who want to cook themselves.
