His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. Hotel is clean, elegant and contemporary. Price to value are among the best in Agdal area compare to other 2 hotels nearby that I stayed. One thing I hope they have is egg segment in breakfast. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too. Hairdryer in bathroom can be improve too.

The apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, with lots of places to eat and hang out. Location was also a short tram ride away from the main train station which was handy. It was a really good stay and would recommend Check out wasn’t the easiest as the owner mentions there should be an inspection on check out but when leaving, no one was available to check us out, despite many calls and messages. We left as we had a train to catch and sent the owner a video of the apartment.

All of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The rooms are well-decorated, clean and tidy, and so are the shared areas. It feels like a lot of thought had been spent on the things that will help any guest make their stay perfect, including the little details. Great value for money. If I will arrive in Rabat again, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment and professional service

Very neat n clean. But the entrance n reception area is very small.

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
