"Excellent hotel, a great location close to the fish market so plenty of options for food. Without a 30 minute walk of Nagoya castle. 5 minutes from the station. Plenty of shops, and underground walkways nearby. Comfortable room, lovely pillows and bed. Nice quiet air con. Helpful, friendly staff who all seem to speak English."
"Really nicely deigned hotel in a skyscraper, no spa but excellent breakfast buffet with amazing views! Room was nice and compactbut with excellent views, bed super comfy."
"We chose this hotel because it’s located near Nagoya Station, which offered some convenience as the station also had a bus interchange which could bring us to some places around the city. However, there was quite a bit of construction which made moving our luggages on check-in/out day quite a hassle as we had to drag them around the construction site, and the actual walking time taken to/from the station was around ~12 minutes instead. Other than this, the hotel room and toilet were clean, and the staff were also friendly and helpful, and able to converse well in English. There was also coin laundry available which allowed us to wash our clothes, and there was a machine at the hotel lobby which allowed us to exchange notes for smaller change (smaller notes or coins). We could also refill our water bottles at the first floor, although only at certain timings of the day. The reception also had a weighing scale which was useful as we could weigh our luggages. Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel."
"Room is so clean, amenities is good Even a little small but the bed is good Only they don’t have elevator if you bring big suitcases will be hard So far is good, I’ll use again for sure 😊"
"Location is good, about 5-6 mins walk from Nagoya Station. Easier to walk even with big luggage. 7-11 connected to hotel. Had a slight miscommunication with hotel front desk. Told them I need store luggage overnight as I will stay overnight in another town, front desk said ok but when I checked out the lady said cannot if I do not have another reservation with them. Other than this slight miscommunication, all else is good."
"Very good location, close to Nagoya station which has Shinkansen and JR lines. Amenities are self serve near the lift area, with no limit per traveller. Room is small but expected of Japan hotels, super clean and space efficient with everything you need."

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient. The services are excellent. The room is spacious and the breakfast is nice.
GGuest UserComfort Inn Nagoya Sakae was a solid choice for our first hotel in Japan. The room was compact, as expected in Japan, but thoughtfully designed and well laid out, making it comfortable rather than cramped. The bed was comfortable with clean, fresh linens; however, there was only one pillow per person, and it was quite thin. The toilet bowl was also slightly smaller than what some travellers might be used to. The overall design felt modern and calming, and we appreciated the small round table with two stools, which was handy for a quick meal or planning the day. The work area was practical and well organised, with essentials such as a kettle, hairdryer, and a small fridge neatly tucked away. The bathroom, while compact, was spotless and had good water pressure. Overall, Comfort Inn Nagoya Sakae offered a clean, efficient, and comfortable stay—an excellent base for exploring Nagoya without unnecessary frills.
GGuest UserHotel is clean, front desk staff are friendly and can communicate in English. No issue with check in/out. There is parking available, with fees unfortunately. Thought hotel guess should be given complimentary parking.
GGuest UserHotel is pretty aesthetically well designed. Love the interior and the lifestyle vibe. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended for couples that are having a short vacation at Nagoya, walking distance to a nightlife street. Love their breakfast! Very fresh and delicious options available!
JJuerl CalanasanOur stay at Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki was very comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent—close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Nagoya. The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating, providing smooth check-in and helpful assistance whenever needed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it tidy every day. Breakfast was satisfying with a good selection, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Great value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
GGuest UserVery nice newly refurbished hotel, great location walkable to famous shopping streets where we had one of the most nice dinner place. Friendly staff (which is very unusual as compare to Tokyo hotel staff), good room and comfy bed, they even categorised each floor with different colour and flower theme, Love it! Super recommended !!
GGinny ThamThe room was clean and comfy. Staff were really nice and friendly. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well, like homecooked food, very comforting. And I love that they provided a warming eye mask free of charge everyday! It came with the towels. Excellent service!
