AAnonymous UserWe stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

BBharat61I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are very spacious and have full-length glass windows. It's right next to the high way and very close to Goregaon Exhibition center. It's inside a compound and the trees planted all around gives it a secluded feel and also a good space to walk around. The breakfast buffet and all food options at the hotel are amazing! Will Come back again

The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. The variety of dining options was impressive, especially the buffet at Lotus Café, which had a wide selection of delicious dishes. The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside getaway, yet it’s close enough to the heart of Mumbai for business or leisure trips. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. Can’t wait to visit again!

GGuest UserThe hotel, situated behind Taj Mahal Palace, is convenient for exploring Gateway of India, Colaba Causeway and the colonial district. The impressive CSMVS Museum (formerly known as Prince of Wales Museum of Western India) and Vidhan Bhavan metro station (with metro service to/from Mumbai airport) is within 15 minute walking distance. Thanks to Gateway of India, the area around the hotel has very heavy traffic in the afternoon and evening. (If taking a cab to the hotel in the afternoon or evening, you may be stuck in traffic for a long time.) My room is on the 2nd floor and there was quite of lot of traffic noises from the streets. Thankfully the traffic noises died down by 11pm/midnight and the area remained quiet till the morning. My room was clean and comfortable, with decent wifi and complimentary morning newspapers. Electrical sockets in the room accept India 3 round pins, UK 3 square pins, EU 2 rounds pin, etc. Breakfast (available from 7am to 10am) has a small selection of Indian and English items. Staffs that I encountered were polite and efficient. There is a lift/elevator but it's very small (with room for only 2-3 people) so I took the stairs most of the time. My only complaint is that my room was very close to the housekeeping room and the phone in the housekeeping room rang frequently. (Once the phone rang at 4am and nobody picked up.) Nevertheless my stay was generally pleasant, due to the very convenient location.

GGuest UserIts just 5 min walking from sakinaka metro station. My stay was for 2 days. Rooms are small & but okay for solo person. For normal drinking bottle, they charged rs 30, when i asked person, he told- on this rate only they can provide. Nothing great to tell.
