I recently stayed at The Park Hotel in Chennai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a modern, stylish vibe with excellent service. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was luxurious, and housekeeping was prompt. The dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The location is ideal, close to major business hubs and shopping areas like Anna Salai. The staff was courteous and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend The Park Hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Room is very clean and front staff are very kind. The breakfast is very delicious beffet with indian food and some western food. Room rate is higher than other hotel but worth of it. I will stay again!

It was our first time staying at Lotus Hotel, and we had a bad experience from the start. When we arrived at reception, the staff told us there were no 2 rooms available on the same level. They asked us to wait 15 minutes while they checked, but we ended up waiting much longer with no clear update. We had just arrived from the airport, were tired, and hadn’t had lunch yet. When we asked again how long we would need to wait, they still couldn't give us an answer. Eventually, we had to leave our luggage with the reception staff and go out to eat. After lunch, we returned to the hotel and our rooms were finally ready. Unfortunately, the stay itself was uncomfortable. While the room was clean, the bed had a bad spring—probably due to its age—and the pillow was so flat that I ended up with neck pain. The toilet had a bad smell, and the shower area didn’t have any shelves to place our soap or toiletries. Breakfast was also disappointing—the food was not nice. The TV connection was terrible, and the WiFi was very slow. We paid for both the hotel stay and breakfast but didn’t get a good experience in return. The only positive point is the location, which is close to shopping areas like T Nagar and Pondy Bazaar.

Excellent hospitality provided by the hotel, starting from the front desk, Ms Regina team, Breakfast team Mr Selva and Housekeeping team Mr Dhilip. Please keep up the good service. Surely will recommend this premises to others.

Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.
