We had a wonderful stay here for my 30th birthday. We had the double room which was the perfect size for a couple. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. I loved the free pantry for snacks too! We didn't eat at the hotel but we did sit in the hotel bar and the cocktails and bar staff were great.

The staff can never do enough for us every time we stay, we always have a great experience here, always very clean, it’s not like your usual hotel room, it’s a proper kitted out kitchenette style with everything you need to cook or wash your clothes and it’s always our first choice when staying in Brighton

A very nice hotel and brilliant to have a little kitchen. Breakfast was lovely. Staff very friendly. The location is perfect ! It was also really good value, I have noticed the price has gone up now. However still a great place to stay.

Would highly recommend that Guest House, stayed at the place for 1 night but could easy stay for 2/3 days. The room was cosy and clean and nice bathroom, location was also very good for where I had to be 👌🏼 The correspondence and service was amazing. Thank you again,

It's not bad, except the bed makes a little noise. Good quality... The price is friendly.

Really nice room, location is okay (a little bit of a walk to the main town but nothing major). Very easy check in. Would definitely stay here again
