"We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Brighton. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and housekeeping refreshed it every day, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding — the staff genuinely make an effort to ensure their guests are comfortable and well looked after. We had a small request regarding the kettle in our room, as the original one had a bit of limescale build-up. The front desk handled the issue immediately and even went above and beyond by providing a brand-new kettle. This level of responsiveness really impressed us. The only minor downside is that our room was connected to the neighbouring room through a shared internal door. Although it was locked on both sides, the sound insulation was not as strong. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Friendly service and great comfort!"

"The location and room were both great. Parking was a bit expensive at £32, and I'm not sure if hotel guests get a 10% discount. The front desk didn't mention a fire drill during check-in, and then the fire alarm went off the next day. I had to run out in my pajamas, which was quite scary."

"Great location near the station. Complimentary breakfast is mediocre. Coffee station can have a long line as they have only one machine. Bedroom is clean with comfortable bed/pillows. The shower in the accessibility bathroom can reach all the way to the toilet and to some extent close to the sink and it doesn't drain/dry quick enough. If you need to do laundry, there is a free self serve with 3 sets of washer/dryer."
