Great
GGuest UserA beautiful hotel in an old building in the heart of the city. The breakfast was very good with plenty pf choice. The only issue was the heating in the bathroom which wasn’t working and despite requests to the front desk wasn’t fixed
GGuest UserI love the atmosphere and vibe of this hotel. The idea of friendships being formed is lovely, free games to play on site and money off food & drinks is a win. Super comfortable bed, great shower and rooms aren’t small either. You get more than most here.
GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay here for a wedding 15 minutes drive away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times. The only comment I would like to raise is that we were given room 9 which was described as an accessible room (which we didn’t need) but it was completely inappropriate as accessible as the shower ( which was in the bath) would have been completely unsuitable for a wheelchair user, or someone else with difficulty moving who wouldn’t have been able to climb into the bath to use it. Breakfast was excellent.
GGuest UserAfter requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .
MMariseliI had a fantastic stay The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better than I have in a long time. The room was quiet, clean, and cozy perfect for a good night’s rest. I’ll definitely be coming back.
