GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel feels quite new, with complete facilities, including an induction cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a complete set of tableware. Friends who want to cook can choose this hotel. There is also a large dining table where you can eat directly after cooking. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The toilet is a separate small compartment next to the entrance, and the shower is next to the big bed. The big bed, sofa bed and dining table area can be separated into two spaces by a curtain. However, there may be a lot of facilities in the room. It feels crowded to spread out two boxes, but it should be spacious if only two people live there.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: There are large hotels around, and it feels like there are more cars on the road than people. It is the closest to Nice Saint August train station, and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. This train station has an elevator, which is quite friendly to dragging luggage, but it is open-air, and it may be more troublesome when it rains. Fortunately, we have been sunny all the time☀️. It is a little further away from the airport. Apple Maps is not accurate. I wanted to find a so-called supermarket on the map that seemed very close. A local resident who was parking his car told us that the map was wrong and we should search for carrefour and forget the other direction.
Service: Very polite, free luggage storage and use of the toilet in the lobby.

GGuest UserGreat hotel! The location is super convenient, really close to the train station, and the service is excellent – very friendly and welcoming. It's especially handy if you plan on traveling a lot by train. Highly recommend! Plus, it's very clean and quiet.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good location and very clean. The staff were so helpful and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent. Now the downside the rooms are really really small, I think there may be some that a larger ie junior suite but not what we were allocated. There is no facilities and no sitting space outside of the hotel. Would I stay again, yes if I managed to get a bigger room definitely not in the room we stayed in 118.

GGuest UserSpectacular hotel, excellent location right on the Promenade de Anglais so sea is just on the front. Staff is extremely helpful, the room was clean with good amenities. Would definitely recommend.
Breakfast options were good but i missed a coffee machine - only brewed coffee available with milk on the side
Also upon check in you will need to pay 100eur deposit, which I was not aware of at first, but maybe it was just me not checking thoroughly. Upon check out it was refunded within 10-15mins

GGuest UserThe hotel offers free snacks and drinks including various types of coffe and tea. The canteen is spacious, cozy and relaxing. It offers different zones which cater for my needs. I can do my offical work there. The canteen offers reasonable priced dinner. The shampoo, body wash and hand wash is good. The staff are nice and they were willing to assist you and cater for your need. Thx Emily~

AAnonymous UserStayed for four nights in the room with 12 bunk beds- each night was fully booked. I recommend bringing your own towel, ear plugs and sleeping mask. Hairdryer is not strong. Everyone was quite respectful of others. Really convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk to the promenade, Jean Medecin tram and Nice-ville train station. Great food options around.

GGuest UserIt was a great experience staying here. It was my first time to Nice The location was superb, easy to locate from the train station and from the hotel room, I could catch a good view of the Christmas parade which coincided with my stay. It wasnt noisy although i was on the 2nd floor. Easily accessible to other tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent with much choices and the good recommendations for the restaurant by front desk was excellent.

GGuest UserI would say this is a very cost-efficient option considering its geographical location! Although the room is a bit small, and there might be a bit noise as it is next to the train station, but the the room has all essential facilities and it is definitely big enough for two people! I had a really good stay here.
