Good location, professional staff, easy to safely store laguage. 5th floor however is a disaster, rooms are outdated with only bathroom renovated. Overall good price quality ratio.

Room is small but clean and have enough stuff for short stay, good points are the window and the aircon. Accommodation is soso, acceptable. The receptionist is very friendly. Location is very convenient, restaurants are around, metro is nearby. Only one negative point is this area is it seems not so safe to walk alone in the evening in this area (after 9pm).

I am very satisfied with the health and service, but the room is a bit small, but considering the location and price, overall I am very satisfied. In addition, because we stayed during the Christmas holiday period, the hotel thoughtfully prepared ceremonial cards for us.

The location was amazing, close to all the tourist attractions, clean room and quality breakfast. CAREFUL FOR DOUBLE BREAKFAST PAYMENT- During checkout with Sandra, we were asked to pay for breakfast, even though it was already included in our booking package. One of our family members paid, and I had to request a refund. Sandra did apologize, but I am sure this is not the first time it happened to guests.

I stayed for three nights, and the front desk staff, all gentlemen fluent in both English and French, were incredibly friendly and always greeted me warmly whenever I came and went. A big thank you to the front desk agent who upgraded me to the largest room upon check-in. The hotel itself is fantastic, starting with its excellent location. It's situated between the Opéra and Richelieu metro stations, with Richelieu being slightly closer if you turn left when you exit. The Opéra station offers convenient access to the Roissy airport bus, metro, and regular buses, making transportation a breeze. You can also take a pleasant stroll to Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, and the Louvre, and even walk to Sacré-Cœur – it's a truly central location. While the hotel entrance is a bit small and the staircase is narrow, the prime location more than compensates for these minor drawbacks. The building has a charming old-world feel, like a Parisian inn from a century ago. The elevator is tiny, fitting only three people, and it has two doors, one inside and one outside. However, the room was spacious and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need, plus a balcony offering beautiful views of typical Parisian streetscapes. The bathroom was also a good size, and there were plenty of power outlets in the room. Right next door, you'll find McDonald's and Burger King, and the street is lined with all sorts of restaurants, including steak, Western, and Chinese options – everything you could want. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

Location was amazing as it’s very close to the two famous cafes in Paris. The receptionist was extremely nice and friendly who even gave us tips on skipping the long line at the Louvre!

The room was tiny and the facilities were very basic. While its location in Paris is pretty good, for a price of over 1000 (currency unit) without breakfast, it offers truly poor value for money. Frankly, it felt more like a basic guesthouse you'd find in China!

This hotel literally deserves better review rates on any sites or on Google Maps. Very good location, the surrounding area is nice, not sketchy or anything, I feel safe walking around at night as a female solo traveler. The solo room got everything you need. The staff there everyone is all welcoming and friendly. With that price, it’s an absolute deal.

I arrived in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay, and some issue with the trains. The staff on reception were very understanding and reassuring. I stayed in a pleasant small single bed room on the 5th floor. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom immaculately clean. There was a kettle, tea bags and milk satchels provided. Check out is at 11am. For a reasonable fee the hotel provides a left luggage service. The position is quite convenient to the Gare du Nord (approx 20 minute walk) and very near buses, cafes etc. Highly recommended.

The location is impeccable, close to the metro, and the hotel is quiet despite its location. The air conditioning is impeccable. The rooms are all similar, more or less small. I took my last available room, but I might not have taken it if I had known. The attic space is not easy when you're over 1.80m tall. The bathroom is spartan in my room (302), perhaps specifying this in the description. The top floor, with no elevator, felt like 70 degrees. 🙈 The price is reasonable, so you could say you can't have everything.
