"This is a newly opened hotel, and everything else was great. The toiletries were really good. The only minor issues were a slight new-construction smell in the room and the lack of a separate shower area. The bathtub was also very slippery, making it easy to fall."
"New hotel very clean nice rooms and wonderful pool. It’s 25 min walk to the Centro but there is a bus for two euro and tax 9 euro, in the evening it’s hard te get a taxi and find the bus. WE had to walk back twice. The door locks make a very hard nice which awakes you in the morning"
"A boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again."
"Hygiene: Very clean, equipped with a toilet Facilities: Very new, equipped with a mini bar and a desk, convenient, large space Environment: Equipped with a parking lot and a restaurant, rich breakfast, afternoon tea in the afternoon, convenient for eating; the road and mountains are outside the window, very beautiful"
"I stayed here to watch a soccer game. The stadium is within walking distance. The facilities are new and clean. I was also able to borrow an electric kettle. The front desk staff were very helpful."

MMinjuIn general, Hotel was very well maintained not only talking about maintenance also facility like window was so strong to protect all noise though we were in the middle of big festival ! Staff were helpful but was not initiative to share the information of festival Rooftop was plus! Amenity , no body lotion if you don’t ask In general! Sophisticated hotel and best location for beach and nice restaurants Enjoyed !
GGuest UserI stayed in a ”city view” room during my solo trip through the Basque region and it was such a comfortable room I forgot about not having sea view. Though I do recommend to go to the cafe to have the beachside experience if you get the city view room because it overlooks a construction site on the back street. The hotel was an easy 15min walk with my heavy suitcase from the intercity bus center, just beside the beach. The room was squeaky clean with a large bathtub, and the bed so comfortable I could not get up to go see the sunset! Also helpful kind staff and great location for getting around the city on foot or by bus. I went to the Chillida Leku museum it was 30min by bus no25. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserSecond time I’ve stayed here. Hotel is modern, clean and the location is perfect, just a few minutes from the beach. Hotel staff are always super helpful. Looking forward to returning
GGuest UserWent SS for 3nights, stay at UMA suites. It’s ok! Easy to access everywhere. Away from the old town but can walk along the beach to the old town. Bus stops nearby , also convenient too. Nice cafes around the area too. Room is clean and tidy, spacious. Common area has coffee machine too. The only thing we don’t like it’s the room they assigned us was a disabled designed bathroom. The water flood everywhere everytime we go shower.
GGuest UserThe pension is easy to find, and staff are very helpful. Beds are comfortable; coffee and tea are available; everything is clean. The only difficulty might be is there is only one bathroom for all the guests. We were here in low season, so didn't have much difficulty, but I can imagine problems in the high season. The pension is in the old part of San Sebastian, so visiting the most picturesque parts is easy, as is visiting nearby villages. Local food is excellent. I highly recommend this pension; excellent value for your money. It's the best base for exploring this part of the Basque Country.
