Letoh Letoh San Sebastián
"This hotel is conveniently located. - 15 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot to San Sebastián's Old Town - 5-minute walk to the nearest beach - Supermarket right downstairs - 5-minute walk to a local dining street"
Leonardo Boutique Hotel San Sebastián
"It's a bit far from the city center, but not too far, which is a perfect distance. We didn't opt for breakfast."
Livensa Living Studios San Sebastián
"Very helpful front desk staff and good living quarters"
Colo Colo Hostel - Single Private Beds
"Great place, spectacular. Highly recommended, the staff is very friendly."
Olarain
"The room was large and they accommodated two adults and two children. The large bathroom. It has no luxuries but everything was functional and no detail was lacking. The beds were comfortable, the shower spacious, the closets large and well stocked, and a refrigerator in the room. The point to improve is that it does not have air conditioning although they gave us a fan since the room was very warm. Good value for money. Highly recommended."
Sercotel Hotel Europa
"Very good service. Staffs are friendly. Room is spacious."
Downtown River Hostel
"The friendly and very helpful staff made sure that my bike was safe at night. They are very well organized in the rooms with a locker and a hook next to the bed, 2 plugs at each bed. The kitchen is amazing, fully equipped with stove and oven and a big table where the guests can easily meet up. it seems to be important that it is tidy and the trash is recycled! The location is great almost next to the center of the old town and also not far from the beach I would go there again"
Hotel Zinema7
"I stayed at Hotel Zinema7 for 4 nights. The hotel has a modern design, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere overall. However, there were a few disappointing aspects to the stay. The location is not very central, which means you need to rely on buses or taxis more often than expected to reach the Old Town and main tourist areas. The biggest frustration was that the telephone in the room was not working throughout the stay, despite reporting the issue. Unfortunately, it was never fixed, which made communication with reception inconvenient. Another disappointing point was the complimentary water policy. Water was provided only on the first day, even during a 4-day stay, which felt unnecessarily stingy for a hotel of this category. Overall, the hotel has good design and comfortable facilities, but the service experience and attention to guest convenience could definitely be improved."
Hotel Arrizul Beach
"The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the station and the beach. The room is self-service check-in, there is no front desk, but it is smooth and has no problems overall. The facilities are good and clean~"

Lasala Plaza Hotel
"It was a comfortable hotel"
Hotel Punta Monpas
"We stayed one night here. The hotel is located just next to the beach. The place was quiet and nice. You can walk from the city center. Staff was also kind and polite."
Hotel Palacio de Aiete
"Excellent hotel, nice bar, easy parking, good room with a nice balcony."
Abba San Sebastián Hotel
"The hotel is located in the Gros district, about a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal and within walking distance of both the old and new towns. It's a quiet location along the river. It's quiet, but not lonely. The hotel is small, but it's fully equipped with a restaurant, bar, gym, and more, and the front desk was happy to accommodate our requests. There weren't enough amenities for everyone, but we brought our own, so it wasn't a problem. It was a good value hotel, and we were satisfied with the Japanese sense of cleanliness and attention to detail."
Wecamp San Sebastián
"I was calling to the hotel reception many times to inform I made a mistake in the booking dates and nobody picked up the phone. I realized about this after the free cancellation period I know, but it's very sad not to find a solution considering is high season and they could have rent my room to other customers and I can have the money back to change the dates. I lost the money 😭."
Boutique Hotel Mendi Argia
"A hotel for instagram maybe. The rooms, communal areas and general vibe was very well curated and styled but it doesn’t function as a hotel in terms of looking after a guest. On arrival no introduction or explanation of the hotel, no information about breakfast etc, nothing. Tried to ask for help at the self service bar to talk me through what was left of the wine list as the available wine didn’t match the price list, staff member didn’t know what was on the list or what was left, I gave up. Whenever I called reception when I was in or out of the hotel no one answered, this happened multiple times. Confusion over parking. When leaving no offer to help with bags, no offer to even open the door for you or help with the lift, nothing. Non existent customer service, the staff though pleasant appear to have had zero training or understanding of hotel work. It photos well though."
ARIMA Hotel & Spa – Small Luxury Hotels
"The hotel met expectations. Dinner usually starts at 7:30 pm, so reservations are recommended. The food and service at the hotel restaurant were good, and the breakfast was excellent; you can order fried eggs or omelets."
Zenit Convento San Martin
"This is a really modern and conveniently located hotel for San Sebastian. Bathroom is spacious and beds are comfortable."
Barceló Costa Vasca
"Excellent service and facilitoes."
Numad Studios
"Very clean and cozy, the staff is kind and helpful. The bus to the center is right next to the hotel, runs every ~10min, and takes about 25min. You can get a 6 or 12 -trip card from the reception, which is cheaper than individual tickets."
Axel Hotel San Sebastián - Adults Only
"I stayed at Axel San Sebastián for a solo trip and was absolutely delighted by the warm hospitality and friendly vibes. My trip started with a bit of a crisis; I left my luggage on an intercity bus and had a restaurant reservation overlapping with the pick-up time. I was quite overwhelmed, but staff member Tanja was a true lifesaver. She went above and beyond to help me arrange the luggage pick-up and even communicated with the restaurant to reschedule my reservation. Thanks to her incredible support, the rest of my stay in Donostia was seamless and wonderful. The hotel itself is neat, modern, and has a very inviting atmosphere with a fabulous, stylish touch. I also thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi. Between the best service I've ever received and the great energy from fellow guests, I’m leaving Donostia with the best memories. Thank you so much, Tanja and the Axel team! 😊"
Luze Boutique San Sebastián
"Beautiful hotel in the country side of San Sebastian. Very helpful staff, the Manager Borja couldn't do enough for us. Smooth and enjoyable stay. The restaurant offers fine dining, you must try."
Hotel Avenida
"When choosing this hotel, I based my decision on the photos displayed on this and other websites, so I expected a nice room with a large window. The attic room we were given absolutely did not match the description. It was much smaller than stated, and had a very small, inconvenient window. The wardrobe was dirty, and the room smelled of paint! It was my birthday, and they refused to change our room. The breakfast was a complete disgrace. For 30 euros? That's just a rip-off. I do not recommend this hotel. I deeply regret this choice 😕. My mood was thoroughly ruined."
Hotel Villa Soro
"Excellent experience. Absolutely loved the hotel."
Hotel Ilunion San Sebastián
"Quality, good hotel for its money. Good breakfast and attitude of the staff. Everything corresponded to the stated."
Mercure San Sebastián Monte Igueldo
"The hotel is located on Mount Igueldo, with a panoramic view of San Sebastian's famous Shell Beach and the city. The sea breeze is relatively strong in spring, but it can't block the beautiful scenery."
