The hotel is very well located, and on top of that it's beautiful and very comfortable, and built with attention to detail. My room was big, extremely well equipped, had a comfortable bed, and a big and very clean bathroom.
The staff was generally very nice and helpful, and breakfast was nothing short of superb.
I would most definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone looking to spend a few years in San Sebastian.
In terms of parking, it's expensive, but it works well. If you are willing to walk a few blocks there other options available, albeit less convenient.
Summarizing, it is an amazing hotel that deserves an absolute 10/10.

Beautiful room, bathroom and scenery. Especially we loved the toilet(like Japanese toilet). Good location and walkable to the bars. Hotel staff are friendly. We enjoyed and stayed comfortable.

Location is perfect, and hotel is very nice. The front desk staff is excellent, and very helpful. Service at the restaurant was not great, but it was convenient and the food was very good.

Chic boutique hotel with an amazing rooftop. This is well located with great views of the town. Staff is excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. Well maintained and well equipped rooms.

Excellent location, beautiful views. Clean rooms, I did give this hotel 5 stars. However, the one negative is you can’t get a coffee in the morning, unless you want to make one in your room or you have breakfast included with your room. There is a cafe 1 block away that had some bad cappuccino. We like to have a coffee/cappuccino in our hotel and then head to a main piazza to people watch and have some breakfast.

The staff could have not been more helpful and kind. The room was lovely and the view fantastic. The breakfast was complete with a sweet attentive staff member overlooking. Would definitely return to the LaSala Plaza Hotel.

Very nice hotel on the bay. Right in old town with easy access to shopping, restaurants, pinxos bars. Beach walks along the bay were fabulous and went on for miles. Great bike trails and hike. San Sebastián is a must see and this hotel is an ideal place to be!
