Wonderful stay . Very safe and easy to reach . Quite and welcome staff specially Mr Mahmoud thank you

Great experience. Best hotel in New Cairo.

My stay at Renaissance Cairo Mirage City was nothing short of amazing. I always, always felt well taken care of by the staff here, and, in particular, I must highlight the staff at the breakfast buffet as I always found them to be so genuinely kind and considerate. The rooms were also quite spacious and the architecture of the hotel reminded me of Paris which I loved. In addition, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle for airport pick-ups and drop-offs, which is incredibly helpful as I don't think Cairo Airport is the easiest for tourists to get out of with all the people haggling you for a ride.

Very nice experience and a very comfortable hotel!

In general I recommend this place. It's well located, it's new, the rooms are really nice! The rooms are well equipped, big, confortable and clean. I have to mention that the staff in general is nice, Zyad from reception and Mahmoud from the kitchen that serves the breakfast, for example, they are very gentle and kind. I'm thankful for their attention. The only point to improve is the cleanliness of the pool. I've been 5 days and they didn't clean the pool any day (maybe because it's not summer anymore and they think is not necessary?), so I didn't had the chance to try it unfortunately. That's a point to improve.

Pool is very nice and breakfast buffet is incredible with all varieties you need, we enjoyed

Nic we place, clean, great location. Staff just needs to work on English to communicate better!

I enjoyed my stay so much, the location, the bed, all of it was awesome, than you so much.
