VVaish’sI had a comfortable and convenient stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt Messe during my recent trip.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location—it’s very close to the Frankfurt Messe (exhibition center) and well-connected by tram and train, making it easy to get around the city.
The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained. While not very spacious, they are thoughtfully designed and perfect for a short business or leisure stay. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which had a good spread including breads, fruits, eggs, and beverages. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the staff manages it reasonably well.
The staff were polite and helpful, assisting promptly with check-in and any queries.
A small downside is that the hotel can feel a bit busy due to its proximity to the Messe, especially during events. Also, room sizes may feel slightly compact if you’re traveling with multiple suitcases.
Overall, it’s a great value-for-money hotel in Frankfurt, especially if you want convenience, cleanliness, and reliable service without spending too much.

GGuest UserAmazing stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for shopping and exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the facilities were excellent. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience as a couple. The only thing for me was the bed was a little too soft, but overall we really enjoyed.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really great! The location is super convenient, with excellent transportation links nearby. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was also top-notch, and all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

YYolandaFirst off, the location is super convenient, just a short walk to Frankfurt Central Station and all the main attractions. The front desk staff were really friendly and let us store our luggage for free. The first picture shows a pork knuckle I had at a food court in the central station – lots of people go there, so I tried it too. It was a huge portion, not expensive, but a bit salty. Overall, the hotel is great and definitely worth recommending.

GGuest UserThis was our first time in Frankfurt, and this hotel was quite good. The best part was its excellent location, making it easy to get anywhere. Although many people say the area around the train station can be a bit chaotic and close to the red-light district, advising against going out at night, I personally didn't find it that bad. Just be a little cautious. We could walk or take public transport everywhere we wanted to go and see sights, which saved us a lot of time. I was traveling alone with two elderly relatives this time, and they were very comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel, especially the staff, who were incredibly friendly. When I mentioned the sink wasn't draining and the kettle had issues, they immediately offered to change my room and ended up giving me a family suite. I really didn't expect them to be so helpful! Many thanks!

__adjan101The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the train station and many shops and restaurants just around the corner.
The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they have a balcony which makes up for it.
The breakfast is a selection of breads with cold meats, cheese and spreads. There is also cereal and yogurt for those trying to cut the carbs.
Overall, it was a good stay.
