Location is near train station, free welcome drink and dessert is amazing at top floor splendid Italian restaurant.

I really liked it during my second visit. Not only is the location good, the room is clean and odorless, but there is also a bathtub for taking a bath. After taking a dip, the cool water is super comfortable. Thank you for providing such a good accommodation. Thank you

Plus: Fantastic interior design, loved the furniture, also a nice common area. Clean and modern. Bath with bath tub.  Cons: Parking means street parking (although there is more than enough space).  Breakfast means McDonals vouchers.

The hotel room is nice and cosy. Facilities are very new. The atmosphere in the hotel and outside the hotel are great! Will recommend for family to stay.

There is a microwave and coffee machine in the basement, and a private hot spring bath. The room has a view of the railway. The store owner is also very nice. Although I arrived in Yilan in the early hours of the morning, the store owner still actively assisted me in checking in to the hotel and allowed me to check out late until 12 o'clock. This is really great. The location is also close to the Jiaoxi Transfer Station. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Yilan.

It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local Taiwanese dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

Container style hotel that is unique.Location is not central so choose this if you have your own transport to get around.. good service and clean room.

Unfortunately, it is inconvenient to carry large luggage without an elevator.
