The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel boasts stunning views and fresh air, making it a perfect spot to relax and recharge. I opted for the buffet package, but I wasn't particularly impressed. I probably wouldn't choose it again and would prefer to dine elsewhere. Additionally, the buffet restaurant had a strong, lingering cooking odor, and after meals, my clothes would inevitably pick up the greasy smell.

The room is average, the bathroom is OK, and parking is very convenient. I hope to visit again if I have the chance. It is cost-effective and I will recommend it to my family. The bathroom is large and the air conditioner has no strange noises. I will visit it at the end of April. There is also a firefly tour for only 50 yuan. The breakfast is also OK. It is close to Xitou ** Village and Phoenix Valley. It is worth staying. Double room with two large beds is really good

We stayed one night at the Monster Village. There were shops and food stalls around the hotel rooms. The rooms were clean and we had a balcony on the second floor overseeing the village street. Our room booking included breakfast buffet 7 am - 9 am, typical ********* breakfast items like porridge and noodles. There were multiple live performances which was pretty entertaining, but most of the activities are geared towards younger kids my tweenagers. There is a specialty Nettles bread that everyone waited in line for a fresh batch. Overall it was a fun experience and good photo spot!

This hotel is excellent in terms of service attitude, cleanliness, and facilities. The staff is friendly and polite, making people feel at home. The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, making people sleep well. The food quality is also excellent, with rich and delicious choices. Convenient transportation and many attractions nearby make it a very suitable place to stay whether on business or for tourism. This accommodation experience is very satisfactory, completely beyond expectations, without any shortcomings, and I sincerely give it a full score! I will definitely choose this hotel again if I have the opportunity in the future.

We booked a quad room and were upgraded to a six-person room. You can see the mountain view even when you lie on the bed. It has a jacuzzi, bidet, and a two-in-one plant-based shower gel and shampoo. I will book again next time. There is also a bamboo forest nearby.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel location is super convenient, in the middle of the forest, but it is easy to get there. The staff was friendly, the hotel room was amazing and big with great views. The hotel also has 2 restaurants with great and healthy hotpot, shop to buy fresh fruit and souvenirs. Gaming room, which was great for our 4 year old while we could enjoy our dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserAs with the other reviews, the service here is amazing. You have the option to have your breakfast delivered to your room. During check-in, the staff will personally bring you to your room. If you arrived early or plan to leave sun moon lake much later after check out, you can leave your bags or luggage to the staff to keep. Staff here also offers tickets to the ferry, bicycle rental, cable car and other services available. The only con is that there is no lakeview, but everything else is very accessible. Bus station, Ferry station, 7-11 and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. As for the room itself, the toilet is equipped with bidet. There's also some snacks and teabags for you. Electric mosquito repellent is also available if there's a need to, but I did not encounter any bugs in the room. Room is also modernly designed and most importantly, clean and bugs-free! Bed is of soft and comfortable type. I nearly dozed off while lying on bed. Wifi's strong as well. Would highly recommend to others who plans to visit sun moon lake. This hotel has almost everything you need, convenience, amazing service, and good food.

XXinluoyuanThe highlight of choosing the Fleur de Chine Hotel at Sun Moon Lake was the complimentary shuttle service to and from Taichung HSR station. Besides the excellent service and beautiful scenery, the hotel rooms not only have their own hot springs but there's also a public hot spring for guests to enjoy. Breakfast is served until 12 PM, and dinner includes a complimentary bottle of wine per table. The beds in the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the mini-fridge is stocked with free drinks. In the afternoon, there's a shuttle bus service to the pier, and if you want to take the round-the-lake bus, they even provide a free one-day pass. The shuttle back to Taichung departs at 12 PM, so I regrettably didn't get a chance to visit many attractions. I'll definitely come back if I have the opportunity.

Receptionist is super helpful giving local knowledge and also says you can get special discounts if you say you stay here. They aren’t massive discounts but they are still discounts. VVivian_LoEnjoying the lake view from the balcony was a real treat. Breakfast was simple. The location is in the busiest commercial area, which is super convenient. The room was clean, and the family room was quite spacious. Unfortunately, the pillows weren't very comfortable, and the bed was a little on the firm side. The air conditioning unit between the two beds emitted a glaring blue light when turned on, which disrupted my sleep. I'm not sure if there's a way to turn off that indicator light, or if they should put a sticker over it.

AAbby KuoThe room was clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is ideally located in Shuishe, a stop for the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle, offering convenient transportation while still being quiet. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Sun Moon Lake Visitor Center where you can catch the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle and the round-the-lake bus. Since there aren't many shops or food stalls in Shuishe at night, we chose a room package that included dinner. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style at the hotel, allowing us to relax and enjoy, offering great value for money. The in-room bathtub was perfect for a hot soak, which was very convenient. The service was excellent, and both my friend and I were very satisfied. We'd be happy to book this hotel again next time.

If you don't have access to a car, be prepared for a few transportation challenges. Walking to and from the bus stop to Cing Jing Farm can be a bit challenging, as there are no dedicated pedestrian pathways, and you'll be sharing the road with trucks and lorries. The nearest 711 convenience store is a considerable distance away, and I wouldn't recommend walking there due to safety concerns.
On the plus side, the hotel's customer service is exceptional, particularly their prompt responses on LINE. They were incredibly helpful in answering my questions about navigating the sometimes confusing public transport system.
One of the standout features is the breathtaking view from the balcony. On clear days, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets, making it a fantastic spot to relax. While some guests have mentioned concerns about sound insulation, I personally didn't find it to be a major issue. However, it's worth noting that noise from neighboring rooms, especially if there are children, maybe more noticeable due to the wooden floors.

AAnonymous UserNice lake view from the lobby. Room and breakfast are ok, considered clean but a little run down. Hotel provides free bicycles for use, and the hotel is located along the most beautiful trail along sun moon lake which you can walk or cycle around (e bike is preferred as there’s plenty of upslope). Hotel also has a game room (including switch, ps4, arcade basketball and air hockey, pool and table tennis) for free play which my kids enjoyed. Nearby there’s no eateries, which is a little inconvenient. Overall good stay!

TTracyMidoriHsuIt is a big B&B in Cingjing area. The interior is designed with logs and stones. Maybe the B&B has a long history. The indoor facilities are old. The sockets are loose and old. The bed frame also makes noises. The bathroom does not have a dry and wet separation. Maybe it is related to the room type and price. There are cute little rabbits in the park, which is a plus, but the waiter did not tell me whether I could feed them. I found the little rabbits so cute when I passed by. The overall accommodation is unsatisfactory.

Room booked was all lake view double suite, quite disappointed with the space, but the lake view is still great (no balcony)
Towel and other stuffs are not provided for free, they got a price list for it, so its better to prepare small towel when visit. (hair dryer provided)
Services was great, very nice and kind to customers.
Breakfast provided, it was buffet form of local dishes (porridges and sides, with drinks as well)
Overall Rating 7.5/10, its a great place to stay, but might not visit again in a mean time.
