Nice hotel that upgraded us for free. A little further out but a good option

The room is very clean and the bed is comfy. The location is super. Great stay!

Great location, just about a ten-minute walk to Xitou Nature Education Area. They have parking available, and the rooms are quiet with convenient charging outlets. There are two dining options: hot pot and Chinese cuisine.

We stayed one night at the Monster Village. There were shops and food stalls around the hotel rooms. The rooms were clean and we had a balcony on the second floor overseeing the village street. Our room booking included breakfast buffet 7 am - 9 am, typical Taiwanese breakfast items like porridge and noodles. There were multiple live performances which was pretty entertaining, but most of the activities are geared towards younger kids my tweenagers. There is a specialty Nettles bread that everyone waited in line for a fresh batch. Overall it was a fun experience and good photo spot!

Clean and authentic. Comfortable bed. However, there is only 1 PowerPoint to charge your phone etc. It is located under the TV table, so not very convenient especially for older folks. Breakfast was good, lots of veg. Dinner was good too (own expense).

The service was great, but it's a pity there's no elevator.

No special forces-style itinerary. After hiking in Xitou, we returned to the B&B to rest. From August to October, I hadn't gotten much rest. This time, as soon as I hit the bed, I slept straight into the evening, a deep, restful sleep I'd longed for. We decided to have dinner at the B&B. We'd seen rave reviews online for ”Xizhigu Restaurant,” and it lived up to the hype. Every dish was mouth-watering. We stayed in room 219. From the bed, you could see the view from the window. The weather in early October was perfect. No need for fans or air conditioning; the air was filled with the phytoncides of nature. I relaxed completely, and my energy slowly returned. A good energy field is naturally generated this way. The view from room 219 was great; even from the bathroom, I could see the mountains. I briefly looked at the double room in room 320, and the view was also great. I suspect there's another great room on the fifth floor, facing the same direction, but I didn't bother checking the room number this time. The atmosphere on the first floor for tea and dining was truly cozy. I even brought my work downstairs, sipping tea and typing away. Inspiration flowed constantly, and the feeling of creative thought flowed freely. It turns out this is the feeling of freedom. Travel doesn't have to be far; truly relaxing your body and mind is the best way to recharge.

The service was truly excellent! Warm and inviting! The owner's dedication was palpable throughout the entire visit! The breakfast was delicious! The restaurants and attractions he recommended were fantastic! Thank you! Wishing you and your family peace and happiness! I'll definitely be bringing my parents there next time!

The guesthouse was very clean overall, the landlady provided excellent service, and the breakfast was also very thoughtful. I was very satisfied!
