"The hotel’s location and the lake view are the best. The family room was spacious and generally clean. However due to old carpets on most surfaces, it does look unclean sometimes. We were glad to have a swimming pool for our kids albeit the water was rather cold (and we are used to cold swimming water in Europe). The reception is kind and friendly and efficient. The restaurant at site serves good breakfast and delicious set menu dinner (huge kids menu portion, we shared one for two kids aged 6 & 8 with good appetite)"

"Hotel is very clean, even the balcony furniture is spotless and it’s very safe as you need your room key to be in and out even going to ground level from your floor. Breakfast is at the 8th floor where you can enjoy the lake view while having your breakfast. The room is very spacious. One downside is the hotel is not visible specifically when you arrive at night, I missed it when I drove by and had to look for the hotel entrance. Reminder: parking is free and is about 400 meters away from the hotel, better unload your luggage before you park your car."
