The hotel is quite close to the subway station, and a shared e-bike gets you there in no time. Housekeeping is very good; they clean every day and greet you proactively. The front desk staff are also friendly and helpful, always resolving any issues. Zhengda Plaza is right across the street, which is convenient for shopping. I also tried the Hu La Tang and Luoyang Aohuo dishes.

Location: Very convenient, with the subway right outside the hotel and plenty of dining options nearby. The surrounding area is very pleasant. Room: The larger room types can accommodate a queen bed and a single bed, which is great for families. The room decor is simple but the facilities are convenient, especially the well-designed bathroom and shower area. Contrary to what I read online, I didn't find the shower pressure to be weak at all. Service and Hygiene: The service was very prompt. The extra duvet I requested in advance was already in the room when we arrived. Mineral water was freely available in the elevator area, and laundry detergent was also provided – these are all very thoughtful details. The cleanliness was also excellent. Breakfast: Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, half an hour earlier than most hotels, which is very accommodating for guests heading to attractions early or catching an early high-speed train. The breakfast selection was also quite varied and the quality was good. Overall, I highly recommend it. Even during a short holiday, it offers good value for money and is worth staying at. Two minor suggestions: Firstly, the room lighting is controlled by a single switch. It would be helpful if it could be differentiated slightly, as having all the lights on at once can be a bit wasteful sometimes. Secondly, it would be great if some folding drying racks could be provided.

The staff were very friendly and efficient with the check-in process. They patiently answered all our questions and provided excellent, thoughtful service. The breakfast spread was extensive and very satisfying. The hotel's location is superb, and parking was convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

This is a rare find – a truly excellent hotel. We booked 3 rooms and they were all upgraded for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The stay was very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. What was even more unexpected was the complimentary bottled water available on every floor by the elevators, which made the hotel feel incredibly welcoming, just like home. The surrounding area is very convenient for food; there's a good restaurant next door, a few snack shops across the street, and even street vendors where you can buy fresh cucumbers.

There is parking available, which is very convenient. The hotel service is good, and I really like it. The coffee is delicious, and the rooms are very clean and tidy. During the Spring Festival, Luoyang was very crowded, especially in tourist areas. The hotel reception staff were nice and quickly resolved any needs I had.

The hotel room has a large window, offering good natural light, and the room itself is very clean. Check-in at the front desk was super fast. They also provide complimentary bottled water, which is great value for money. It's a perfect place to stay for travel or business trips, especially during the flower season. I highly recommend it. Plus, there's a free laundry room and dryer available on the 3rd floor.

Despite my younger brother's strong recommendation, I usually lean towards Huazhu Group hotels (I've been a loyal customer since Hanting, then Ji, Orange, and Crystal Orange first opened). Every guest has different expectations, and no hotel can cater to all. This was my first time staying at Atour, and while it certainly has its pros and cons (which many others have already pointed out), I'd like to share my personal experience. 1. Upon check-in, four of us were checking in, but only two welcome drinks were offered, which was a bit disappointing. 2. Being used to Ji and Orange hotels, I habitually asked if breakfast was complimentary. The answer was no; it was over 300 RMB for four people daily, discounted to a little over 200 RMB. As we were staying for three days, tended to wake up late, and ate lightly, we decided against it. The staff member processing our request gave us a rather disdainful look (though I might be overthinking it). In fairness, we didn't even partake in the complimentary evening porridge, so we're not ones to take something just because it's free. (chuckle) 3. I actually came with the intention of experiencing the hotel's bedding and perhaps buying some pillows to take home, but the soundproofing was so poor that I didn't get a single good night's sleep. 4. We woke up late and bought mung bean porridge and fried dough sticks from outside. With no small dining table available, we had to eat on the bed, which was quite uncomfortable. 5. The hotel didn't inform us about any of its amenities or services. For instance, they had a chain coffee brand available, yet we spent a considerable amount of time searching for one outside. We also had no idea about the fruit-infused tea that was tucked away behind the lobby. 6. The TV and movie features were quite substandard. While I could overlook the fact that international access didn't work, even casting from domestic phones was impossible. 7. Water stains on the bathroom vanity couldn't be wiped away with the hotel towels; we had to resort to using tissue paper. The sink itself could also use an upgrade or replacement.

Had a fantastic stay! My boyfriend and I decided to travel during the off-peak season, so it wasn't too crowded, which was great. The hotel we chose is really close to all the attractions; it's just a 3-stop subway ride to the Luoyang Museum. Since it was off-peak, there weren't many people, and we could even get reservations. The hotel environment is lovely, and the front desk service was absolutely excellent. They even provided earplugs and disposable bath and regular towels, which was a really nice touch! I'm a bit of a germaphobe, but the hotel's overall cleanliness was impressive. The breakfast was delicious too, with rice noodles, regular noodles, and the famous local Luoyang Beef Soup, which had generous slices of beef. Overall, it was a really, really good experience. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. The location is also convenient for getting around, close to the subway station, and a shopping mall directly opposite. However, the breakfast is relatively average; the variety isn't extensive, and the quality is a bit lackluster. The local specialty beef soup wasn't very good, and the fruit wasn't fresh enough. What was particularly odd was that the yogurt came with a straw already inserted. I suggest improving the quality of the restaurant's offerings.

Facilities: Basic TV, air conditioning, robot delivery, laundry room, etc. are available. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, the waiters perform hygiene every day. Environment: The hotel is located on the lower floor of Zhengda International Plaza, 200 to 300 meters away from the subway station. It is convenient to go to various attractions, and it only takes about 20 minutes to the high-speed rail station. Service: The service is also very good. The service people are warm and courteous.
