The breakfast selection was extensive and constantly replenished, allowing us to enjoy hot food. A pleasant surprise was the organic brown rice milk, which was rich, fragrant, and served at the perfect temperature. It was even more delicious with cereals and oats! Highly recommend trying it~ (∩_∩)

The hotel lobby appeared to be undergoing renovations. The elevator was making strange noises due to a malfunction and wasn't even shut down, which was quite unsettling. The facilities were a major letdown. Considering this hotel is already one of the pricier options in Guanzi Ridge, the quality really shouldn't be this low.
However, the room itself was truly impeccable. It boasted large floor-to-ceiling windows, and both the hot spring water and the shower heated up quickly. Overall, it was quite good.
Breakfast was the most pleasant part of my stay. Dining amidst the forest was a fantastic experience.

Room: Overall, it is quite clean, but the TV station is old. Personally like the bathroom decoration is very stylish and clean, especially on the sixth floor, I feel that the view is very good.
Breakfast: self-service, there are general porridge, steamed buns, toast, radish cake, etc. are quite diverse, and black tea and soy milk, coffee can be matched.
Service: The service staff are very friendly, especially after checking out, I immediately noticed the items left in the room. It was really surprising and thankful.
Conclusion: All aspects are not bad, I will want to consider going to the hotel again.

The villa is very spacious and comfortable, but there are many insects in the summer.
The shop is very clean and they will also help light mosquito coils in front of the door.
The mud hot spring is very good, the water flow is fast and sufficient
It is a non-self-guided tour that takes about 7-10 minutes to walk up the mountain road.
Just arrived at Guanziling District restaurants/public transportation is slightly inconvenient
Just take a taxi to and from the hotel
The front desk staff are also happy to help and polite.

A great hot spring experience. Both the elders and children had a great time. The room was very clean. The bed was big enough for two adults to take a nap. You can also borrow cribs and bathtubs from the hotel. The viewing platform on the sixth floor of the hotel looks very beautiful👍The only drawback is that there are not many dishes to choose from for breakfast. The dishes are cold and should have been prepared in advance. But the overall review is great.

Hotel was located along a main road. Just across the road was a restaurant that sold delicious roast chicken among other dishes. 7-11 convenience store was also about 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Clear instructions were given on how to set up the mud hotspring in the hotel room toilet. The water power was good. Will be better if the hotel toilet bowl allows us to throw toilet waste directly into the toilet bowl instead of having to throw all at the bin beside. Room was otherwise quite clean. Breakfast provided was burger, sweet potato croquette and soy milk drink.

AAmigowoThis hotel is the most delightful surprise I've ever experienced in decades. The environment is like a paradise, and just a 3-minute walk from the doorstep is Tainan's famous Anping Old Street and Anping Fort. The rooms are incredibly spacious and uniquely designed, and the breakfast and afternoon tea are comparable to a five-star hotel. It's perfect for vacationers; a three-day stay will surely surprise you. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel. The staff were very kind, and the private underground parking was a plus. We loved the free evening snacks, ice cream, and drink at the bar — a nice touch if you don’t want to stay in your room. Breakfast had plenty of options, and everything was well organized despite the crowds. The relaxed vibe and late check-out made it even better. Highly recommend for a stay in Tainan — would definitely book again!

But the toilet sewage had some problems and they had no one to fix over the weekend, had to wait for weekdays.
We eventually checked out before they could fix the toilet sewage system.

TtweenyfishThe room was spacious with places to put our luggages. The bed was oddly off centered but that created space for the luggage :) There were international electrical sockets so I didnt have to use my adaptor.
The toilet has an odd configuration. Instead of a shower curtain, u get a ”toilet seat curtain” that u are supposed to pull to keep it dry when showering (water still gets splashed on it if it is not pulled well). The most inconvenient part of the room was the lack of a dry area to wear clothes after showering. Water pressure and temperature are great.
Location wise, the hotel is very near the western market, shen nong street. We were also able to walk back from the Tainan TRA station when the buses had ended at night. There is a free shuttle bus to the THSR Tainan station which stops about 3mins walk from the hotel. We only discovered this on check out, so good to enquire with the hotel before checking in.
The staff were generally friendly, when asked, they gave some suggestions about where to eat nearby. They look slightly unsure, possibly because it was ***** new year period. They were also helpful in booking taxi, massage and sending up additional clothes hangers. I did converse in mandarin though.
We can get bedroom slippers and bottled water for free at the lobby, so that was very nice.

MMary125Stayed in 2 different rooms. The 1st day room was awful on 9th floor. The bed was super hard like spring mattress with no give especially when sleeping sideways. The bathroom was old and dirty bathtub and the carpet was icky. Asked for a room change as I can't stand the room and I'm a pretty tolerant person. Luckily they offered 7th floor room, much better and probably newer with electronic card key, fresher cleaner bathroom and comfier bed. The 2 rooms has the same room size.
