Amazing
AAnonymous UserMy second stay here was still a great experience. The room was simply furnished yet offered ample space, enough to comfortably open two large suitcases, and was clean throughout. The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to both the metro and train station, with plenty of restaurant options nearby. Should I return to Lausanne, I would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserThe location is great, the lake view room is very beautiful, it is recommended to get up early to watch the sunrise by the lake, very exquisite hotel
AAnonymous UserThe hotel has good hygiene conditions. The room has a relatively large space and a simple decoration style. However, the hair dryer in the bathroom is fixed to the wall and the switch is difficult to control, which makes it somewhat inconvenient to use. In addition, some of the curtains in the room fell off, which led to the dazzling sunshine in the morning and affected our sleep.
DDanniNice location, modern room, fair price.
Carpet is totally wet at the entrance. Shower is stuck and the bathroom became a swimming pool. Likely happened to guest before me.
I mentioned but they didn’t do anything nor suggest to change the room. A pity
XXiaogabeiThe people in the French-speaking area are generally more enthusiastic. The whole Lausanne is very beautiful. It is the most unforgettable place in the Swiss trip. The room service of this hotel is OK. The waiters in the restaurant and the lobby bathroom are very friendly. There is just a waitress in the swimming pool who has a bad attitude. The other staff are all good. It is 2 subway stops away from the train station. You can also walk from the train station, about 900 meters. Just walk straight to the lake after leaving the train station. The breakfast is OK. The room corridors are relatively new. Because we live in a new building, the corridors will have access control. There is a cafe opposite the hotel that is particularly delicious. You must go there. If you come to Lausanne next time, you will stay here again. Among the hotels I have stayed in Switzerland so far, this hotel is considered good. Later, we went to Grindelwald and stayed there. It was simply amazing. I miss Lausanne!
AAnonymous UserThis hotel has a fantastic location, within walking distance of the train station. The uphill walk to the hotel almost killed me, but the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. High floors offer a view of the lake. It's a great value. The subway is right next to the train station, and the lake is only a 5-minute walk away. Love it!
LLINLINClose to the train station, from the train station gate, first find McDonald's, then go up the McDonald's uphill, and soon there is a winding road on the right to see the hotel LOGO, we just started to go over, dragging the luggage uphill really tired The hotel is on the McDonald's side, up the right hand side up,
WWency2222Super Friendly and helpful staffs
Good quality breakfast, variety of choice, Bircher Müsli is my favourite, everything is fresh
Environment is very clean and quiet including the guests, everyone rest early
My towel is very clean it smells really good, they even offer biscuits as welcome gift
GGuest UserGo from Lausanne Railway Station to pay attention to take M1 subway station, remember not to walk to the mountain. Close to the subway station, very convenient, the front desk staff is very good.
