"I'd like to thank the lobby staff and the cleaning staff! Thank you for your incredibly kind hospitality. The best part about this hotel is that it's located between two stations, Ours and Bessieres. There's also a Co-op supermarket just a minute's walk away. Cutlery is provided: two plates, two bowls, a spoon, a fork, and a knife. I was a bit surprised that there wasn't a kitchen knife, but I managed to cut a melon with it. Haha, it's really good. Eating in front of the window with the curtains open felt like eating on the terrace, and there were side tables, which made it nice to sit and relax. The only downsides I noticed were that the hotel is a bit dark, there's no air conditioning, and since it's on the main street, you can hear some traffic noise. Without air conditioning, it was a bit hot while I was sleeping. The noise from traffic is okay during the day, but it's quieter at night, so it's okay."

"The location is good. You get off the Metro and take an elevator. Then the hotel is right in front of you. Less than 7 stops of Metro from the lake-side Ouchy areas. It is a walking 5-minute distance from the Lausanne Cathedral. One stop of Metro away from the areas where Brand-name shops situate. There is a large Coop supermarket just across the street. You can buy food there and cook food by induction-cooker. Cutlery and tableware are also provided in the room."

"Very well located hotel for travelers, the train station is just a stone's throw away. The service on the other hand is cheap, self check-in almost imposed because there is only one receptionist and a line in front of the reception."

"I had a wonderful time at Agora Swiss Night. The hotel is very close to the central railway station and very easy to find. The staff were all very friendly and helpful--thank you so much for understanding my poor attempts at speaking French :) I was a solo traveller and booked a single room which was well-equiped and clean. Will definitely book again when I have the chance to re-visit Lausanne."

"The family of four stayed in two twin rooms. The location is very convenient and the service is very good. Because the water in the bridle is drinkable, there is no need for a kettle. Sanitation is relatively clean. The facilities are simple."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the station, which also has a Coop supermarket. However, the uphill walk to the hotel can be a bit challenging. The Cathedral is less than a 10-minute walk away, and from a nearby subway station, you can easily reach the southern port. The Olympic Museum is also just a stone's throw away. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile. We really appreciate her service."

"The entire Lausanne terrain has a large gap, so the roads are all slopes. Therefore, you must step seven or eight steps into the hotel, so you need to move your luggage. "The rooms feature lighted images of fishes and sea or water themes. I often go back in this hotel and always get another room with another image to learn from. Rooms are very clean, the place is good for going to aquarium, CHUV or epalinge, next to metro station. Sauna and hammam are okay. Food is good. My favourite hotel in Lausanne even if it's nothing special."

"The location is perfect. It is just on the right of the metro station which is opposite to the railway station. The entrance of the hotel is not so obvious, and so be careful not to miss it. We were given a quiet room as required, and in addition the room is really big with a balcony. You can always get free iced drinks at the lobby as refreshments. The staff members are professional and always carry a smile, which gives us a very good impression."
