The room unexpectedly exceeded our expectations. The service here was excellent, and the breakfast was particularly satisfying. The hotel environment is quite unique. During our two-day stay, the hotel parking lot was full of Ferraris, which really elevated the hotel's prestige.

The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and about a ten-minute walk from the lake, very close to Olympic Park. The room itself was comfortable and roomy.

We stayed for 3 nights, the rooms were fully paid, and we paid deposit when we checked in, and we used some SPA services, which we paid by room charge. We put on a Do not disturb sign but someone from the front desk rang the door bell and gave us a letter saying that we need to top up the deposit. We believe that it's highly unprofessional and emailed them saying they can charge our credit card with whatever amount they need to charge. But they insisted we needed to clear the bill right away. We just stayed for one night and we felt terrible about this.

Modern hotel. Very friendly reception. The pool/spa is far too small – too many people. Breakfast was good, but better at the Schweizerhof Hotel Bern. Nice park area.
