We had a great stay! The staff were so friendly and polite, and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The free breakfast was tasty, and the shuttle bus made everything super convenient — especially for visiting our son at UBCO. We stayed two nights and would definitely come back.

The hotel is so clean and the staffs are so nice and kind. There is a lot to eat around ; good restaurant downstairs ( Dinner & Brunch) I definitely will go back!

Located at the waterfront of downtown, my fiancee and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The heated pool on the rooftop was a nice addition to our stay. Thank you!

The room was good. Clean, spacious and well maintained. Staffs are friendly. Washroom and kitchen were pretty clean. Good for budget. Free English breakfast had good options. Recommended.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome. Surprisingly the booking says no breakfast but we were given coupons to Ricky’s All day breakfast for pancakes and bacon which was fulfilling enough for our morning. They had a coffee machine in the lobby which was really nice too! Will definitely book again

Clean Rooms, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub and Very friendly Staff and Great Food

The room did not match the room type we booked. I contacted Ctrip. Ctrip tried very hard, but the hotel refused to change it. It is worth noting that the hotel room type on Ctrip is incorrectly marked!

I love staying at the Delta Grand Okanagan hotel, beautiful rooms always clean, comfy beds, great location,  Oak n Cru great restaurant, close to so many amenities  highly recommended

Overall, my stay was nice and it was a good experience, the Barbecue stove was very good and the location is very convenient too, but the air vent was very dirty and has a heavy smoke smell, the outdoor pool was pretty dirty too..
