Hyatt Place Kelowna

The hotel is in a great location and the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. While some staff members were helpful, the friendliness and hospitality of certain employees could be improved. Our first room (334) had an issue where we were bitten by bed bugs during the night. After we reported it and requested that the mattress be inspected and properly cleaned, the hotel promptly moved us to another room (531) instead. Fortunately, we did not experience any further issues in the second room.

Overall is ok. The room is nice, clean and big. -Location is near the intersection, carefully slow down. I miissed the hotel at first time. -Underground Parking is good but needed the code from the front desk and the key pad is very small on your left, in front of the gate . -Sound proof in the hotel was very bad. I heard the people upstairs like they walked on my head. Every steps or dragging noise were so loud. In the morning, the flush from upper floor was like the ceiling would crash down to my room.

Clean Rooms, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub and Very friendly Staff and Great Food

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing ! Kids love the indoor pool ! Recommened for the families.
