Great location and friendly staff. While there isn’t much happening nearby, the overall value for the price is excellent.

The frontline staff are very nice and helpful. They are very friendly and efficient so that the check in and check out service are very good and fast! I’ll come back when I travel to Kelowna again.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome. Surprisingly the booking says no breakfast but we were given coupons to Ricky’s All day breakfast for pancakes and bacon which was fulfilling enough for our morning. They had a coffee machine in the lobby which was really nice too! Will definitely book again

The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was notable small. While the stay was generally satisfactory, there were a few concerns that impacted my experience. Unfortunately, I encountered numerous small flies in the room, including one on a towel, which required me to use tissues to address. Additionally, the elevator was in need of more frequent cleaning, as it appeared quite dirty during my stay. On a positive note, the hotel offered breakfast vouchers for Ricky’s, conveniently located just outside. These vouchers were valid until 4 PM, which provided a nice level of flexibility.

Quite clean. A complementary breakfast is nice to have. Will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed my stay here. Central location in Kelowna, lots of food options within 5 min walk. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I asked for a ground level room due to my knee injury and they accommodated me.

The hotel was clean and AMAZING. We had free breakfast daily from Ricky’s and that was the icing on the cake.100% would stay here again
