GGuest UserGreat service at reception, delicious food with several breakfast options, the guys at reception helped me carry my bags, they looked after me very well, daily cleaning in the rooms during my stay, there was an iron available for guests , because I really needed it, and it was free, 24-hour kitchen available to guests for free use, I also loved it, car garage you don't have to worry, because they keep the keys to guests' cars at reception in case they need to take the car for you to go out. Change of towels sheets every day. And it's a very well located place, I got to know the whole area walking with my boyfriend, I only went to further places by car. I have nothing to complain about. And when there were questions, the reception staff were very kind and willing to explain. I would definitely return to the hotel!

The blackout has blown light all over.
The school's steels were not in good condition.
The hydromassage of the common area was dirty and there was food in the chaos around the pool

GGuest UserWe had a perfect accommodation, sensational room and common areas, as well as the service. The staff are well trained, polite and attentive. Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.
