We had a perfect accommodation, sensational room and common areas, as well as the service. The staff are well trained, polite and attentive. Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.

The blackout has blown light all over.
The school's steels were not in good condition.
The hydromassage of the common area was dirty and there was food in the chaos around the pool

Heated covered swimming pool and toy are good attractions for rainy days. The hotel is very well trained and careful staff, and the fact that the parking is paid is a negative point.

GGuest UserRECREACIONISTAS nota mil. Diversas atividades no dia da criança (e final de semana). Pretendo voltar todo ano nesta época. Minha filha adorou. Única reclamação é que só tinha um recepcionista e quando este saía não ficava ninguém em substituição.
