The towels and bath towels were washed gray and frayed, and they were very old. I checked the sheets on the first day of check-in. There was no hair, but there was a black spot that was washed out. In addition, Ctrip booked a master suite for one day, but they did not change the small room with a balcony that was not soundproof. In addition, the male staff on the night shift at the front desk was not familiar with the business, so I paid 200 pesos more for the room and could not refund it because I had just finished swimming and the access card was invalid and I could not enter the room. Да, бывает шумно если открыт балкон, потому что море бушует прямо над ухом. Да, мне было неспокойно спать, потому что я не ощущала себя в безопасности из-за отсутствия охраны и из-за деревянной двери. Но я бы приехала сюда еще и еще раз 🥹"

"Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Nice pool with excellent bar service. Breakfast buffet was good, enchiladas made on demand was so yummy, jugo verde was excellent too. Hotel was 5-10 minutes walk from ADO bus station, and from supermarket, so very convenient. They have shuttle bus to beach as well. My only problem was that rooms were not soundproof, you can hear music from outside all day in the room."
