Hotels with Kitchenette in Srinagar

"It's a new hotel which is the reason they give for poor service. There are three supervisors and 2 stewards in one time buffet. The stewards are slow in clearing the tables and refilling things. The supervisors are irritated due to lack of staff and feel pressured to attend the customers. Lack of management, improper staff training and lack of ownership in the managers is clearly visible. I request the team to visit Taj Fateh Prakash Palace Udaipur or Double tree by Hilton Amer or Radisson Kumbhalgarh to see how they handle service and grievances. This review is not negative but a need for self reflection for Sarovar Premiere Srinagar."
