"The location is excellent, very close to Promenade des Anglais, and a 5-6 minute walk to Nice Beach. There's an induction cooker and microwave, and other cookware and tableware are also provided. A bowl of hot noodle soup in the morning is enough to soothe a Chinese stomach after eating white food every day. Remember to bring your own condiments. Check-in and check-out are completely self-service; I didn't see a single staff member during my three nights. There are free umbrellas, beach mats, and beach towels available for rent in the hallway, which is very convenient. There's nothing more authentic than taking your own gear and enjoying Nice Beach."

"這家酒店式公寓是 loft 結構，一間寬敞的客廳配有三個卧室。其中一間位於二樓，屋頂較低，成年人需低頭才能直行。樓上配有洗漱台和浴缸（但沒有淋浴），而且浴缸的花灑水壓很小。樓下兩間卧室，一間大床房一間雙床房，雙床的床比較狹窄，睡覺時候要當心滾落！樓下有一個帶淋浴的衞生間和一個獨立的廁所。廚房設備齊全，還有洗衣機。雖然是臨時訂的房間，略有些小瑕疵，但總體還是令人滿意。 酒店位於城堡山的旁邊，客廳窗外正對着鬱鬱葱葱的山景。步行幾分鐘即可到達尼斯老城區，離機場2號線的地鐵站也非常近，步行可達，交通十分便利。"

"I stayed at Residhome Nice Aéroport for one night during my trip to the French Riviera, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is super convenient — just a few minutes from Nice Airport and close to the tram stop, which makes getting to the city center or Promenade des Anglais very easy. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a small kitchen area, which is great for short stays. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. It’s also surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the airport. The only minor thing is that the surrounding area doesn’t have many restaurants open late at night, so it’s better to grab dinner before heading back. Overall, it’s a good value for money — perfect for a short stay, especially if you have an early or late flight."

"The hostel was clean and neat, and the room size was quite good. However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult. She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in. She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit. On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated. I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that."

"Good hotel, the room was clean, everything worked properly, the kitchen is well equipped, there are frying pans and pots, bottle openers, a corkscrew... The only thing is that not all categories have capsule coffee machines, but there is a coffee maker. The hotel met my requirements quite well."

"Facilities: The hotel feels quite new, with complete facilities, including an induction cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a complete set of tableware. Friends who want to cook can choose this hotel. There is also a large dining table where you can eat directly after cooking. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The toilet is a separate small compartment next to the entrance, and the shower is next to the big bed. The big bed, sofa bed and dining table area can be separated into two spaces by a curtain. However, there may be a lot of facilities in the room. It feels crowded to spread out two boxes, but it should be spacious if only two people live there. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: There are large hotels around, and it feels like there are more cars on the road than people. It is the closest to Nice Saint August train station, and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. This train station has an elevator, which is quite friendly to dragging luggage, but it is open-air, and it may be more troublesome when it rains. Fortunately, we have been sunny all the time☀️. It is a little further away from the airport. Apple Maps is not accurate. I wanted to find a so-called supermarket on the map that seemed very close. A local resident who was parking his car told us that the map was wrong and we should search for carrefour and forget the other direction. Service: Very polite, free luggage storage and use of the toilet in the lobby."

"I highly recommend staying in a suite; the experience is fantastic. We came before Christmas, and the weather was perfect. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Room service was very punctual. The hotel restaurant was quite good, but there's another restaurant around the corner outside the hotel, which was rather average. Also, the room soundproofing was a bit poor, perhaps due to the monastery setting; the soundproofing near the door was a little lacking, so it depends on the neighbors' behavior, but overall it was very quiet! On our last day, the hotel agreed to let us view the rooms and showed us different room types; each suite was unique. Overall, it was great. I've saved it for future stays, haha."

"Nothing good is meter if I didn't get my deposit refund of 180 euro. I was asking to pay deposit by cash so I can get it back when chacking out , but they insist to pay deposit by card. When we were checking out everything was fine, reception lady told me that my money will refund tomorrow. After eight days no one respond to e mails and money has gone, without explanations."

"It was very convenient as it was quite close to the Nice Carnival venue. This was my seventh or eighth stay in Nice, so I chose an apartment for the first time. I loved it; it had a kitchen in addition to the amenities of a hotel. Almost all the cooking utensils were provided, and I ate breakfast in my room every morning. I bought ravioli in the old town and vegetables and meat at Monoprix and cooked them, which made me feel like I was living there. I even used a large pot as a vase to display the flowers I received at the carnival. It was a slightly different experience from my previous stays in Nice, and I had a wonderful time. "It was very noisy at the first night in the room that they gave me. And changed into other room that was okay. The room 305 was too small and facing to the main street and it was very noisy i didnt liked at all."
