"This hotel is close to Terminal 3, but you can't walk there due to a wide road that cannot be crossed. You either have to take a taxi or use the hotel's free shuttle bus. The shuttle departs from the T3 shuttle bus area every hour, around 5 minutes past the hour. From the hotel, it departs 5 minutes before the hour (at :55). The ride to the airport takes about 5-6 minutes if there's no traffic. A taxi can be a bit pricey, costing around 60-65 AED! The information on Trip.com was incorrect; it stated there was no shuttle bus, which led me to take a taxi from T3! I've included a picture as proof and hope Trip.com provides accurate information when partnering with hotels to avoid unnecessary trouble and expenses for customers!"

"The room was pretty decent for being in the city. We booked the half-board option, choosing breakfast and dinner. However, there was a discrepancy regarding dinner; the front desk and the restaurant staff told us different things. We were initially told both the second and third-floor restaurants were options. When we went to the second floor, they said no, and it took some back-and-forth communication to resolve it. Then, at the third-floor restaurant, they also said no, despite the front desk confirming it was fine. We went back to the third-floor restaurant, and again, they refused. Isn't this something that should be synchronized internally within the hotel?"

Thank you to Olawole and Adnan for their hard work and for those thoughtful little touches that make a room feel like home. • Concierge & Support: Whether it was coordinating the free airport shuttle or helping with local tips, Khathean, Uzar, and Recheal were always one step ahead, making my travel logistics completely stress-free. The Facilities: Luxury at Every Turn The rooms are spacious, soundproof (you won't hear a single plane despite being minutes from the airport), and elegantly designed with ”Cloud Living” comfort in mind. • The Rooftop Pool: Offers breathtaking sunset views over the Dubai skyline. • Misk Wellness Spa: A must-visit for anyone looking to unwind after a long flight. • Location: Being steps away from the GGICO Metro Station makes exploring Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Mall, and the Gold Souk incredibly easy. Final Verdict The Grand Mercure Dubai City doesn't just provide a bed; it provides an experience. To the entire team—from the front door to the back of the house—thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I will certainly be returning!"

"The location is excellent just a few minutes to the metro station making it convenient to get around Dubai. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff especially receptionist (Musha) and concierge was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Dubai"

"The place was just nice and the rooms were nice and big. The receptionist was so good and knew fully well what we needed. The cleaning guys were so good and always cleaned the rooms daily. The breakfast was tremendous. It had a wide variety of food spread out. The best this is that it is near the main Dubai Mall so easy to spend yr time over there ."

"I was worried about the bad comments after making the quick reservation. The price was not the best but being close to metro station was my reason of choice. The welcoming was really nice even I do not understand the hindulish. The room was quite but you will hear planes landing all the time if you are on 6th floor. The kettl and irone did not work but it was late to ask for a new one to drink tea or ironing. The hair drier was hidden under the table , the room was freezing cold even I turned off the AC. The room was moderate in clean but the room needs restoration which is very low than Ramada standarts. I am happy with staying here but it deserves more interest."

"We booked four rooms, which was perfect for our large family! The rooms were incredibly spacious. It even came with a pool, so we could swim right in the yard. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the surroundings are lovely, just as pictured. They provided plenty of welcome fruits, desserts, and drinks! There are tons of clubs along the beach that stay open late, making it ideal for a vacation!"

"Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station. Our room even had a balcony with a view of the station. There's a 24-hour supermarket right downstairs. You can walk to Dubai Mall or the Fountain Show (which was spectacular, highly recommend it!) in about 20 minutes. The room was incredibly spacious, and it had everything we needed. The staff were all very professional and proactive. I have to say, customer service in Dubai is top-notch. The hotel offers a taxi service to the airport for 80 AED (approximately 160 RMB), which is a reasonable price. They also have two morning shuttle services to Jumeirah Beach and three afternoon shuttles to Dubai Mall. The gym is spacious, and the pool offers views of the Burj Khalifa, open from 6 AM to 11 PM."
