"I really enjoyed my stay, mainly due to the fantastic location so close to Ipoh’s city center. The furniture and facilities are in pristine, new condition (opened 2026), which made for a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, there were two disappointing details: 1. The toothpaste was unusable. The cap couldn't pierce the foil seal and snapped off when we applied pressure. Both of our sets had this design flaw. 2. Trip.com shows the wrong location; it sent us to the neighboring apartment instead of this one, making it stressful to find the exact location. Everything else was great, and I would come back, but I hope these two issues are fixed soon."

Except for the temporary blackout, the master bedroom bathroom shower drainage was choke, water drained very-very slow.. Overall we enjoyed the stay with a good view from the balcony. "Receptionist - very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Parking - a bit limited, but available, just a bit far. Breakfast - a variety of menus. Delicious. Reasonably priced. Room - exterior. Got a room with a nice view as requested. However, the bathroom had a musty smell. Internet - needs an upgrade because it's slow and couldn't access Netflix. But overall, excellent... would repeat."
