"My business trip stay at the Hilton Garden Inn far exceeded my expectations, and I just have to give it a big thumbs-up! First, a special shout-out to the front desk lady with the sweet smile – her service was absolutely top-notch. From check-in, she was incredibly warm and professional, not only efficient but also thoughtfully explaining local transportation and dining options, making me feel right at home instantly. This kind of meticulous service really made my tiring trip much more pleasant and relaxing. The hotel facilities are also excellent and perfectly meet the needs of business travelers. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the desk and chair were designed very ergonomically, so working for long periods didn't feel tiring. Plus, the hotel offers a free self-service laundry room and gym, which is a huge bonus for long-term business travelers to wash away their fatigue and stay presentable. Breakfast was another highlight; it was diverse and well-balanced, offering a wide array of both Western and Chinese dishes, along with authentic local specialties, all tasting fantastic. Starting each day with such a delicious and hearty breakfast really energized me for work. All in all, my stay was a perfect 10 – both the facilities and the soft services were impeccable. "Well, the room was excellent, the location was great, and the service was very attentive. The receptionists were very welcoming, and the facilities were all in place, meeting Atour's usual standards. However, on a holiday morning, there was a power outage. It was due to a power system issue, so I didn't blame the hotel, but their response was truly baffling. Since the surrounding area was without power, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. When we climbed the stairs to the restaurant, it was pitch black. People eating there were probably in a state of slight panic and scrambling for food because of the power outage. Some dishes and staple foods were already empty, and due to the power outage, they wouldn't be available anytime soon. My mother, who is in her seventies, and I were lucky to get a couple of bowls of warm porridge. And to top it all off, the staff were relentlessly pushing us to buy a 99 RMB membership card to get free breakfast, thinking we were getting a great deal and could get discounts on future bookings! It was extremely discouraging. If it weren't for the friendly attitude of the receptionists, I would have given this a bad review."

"There are a lot of parking spaces and it is friendly to self-driving. The triple room has a large space and has three beds. There is no place to put things in the bathroom. It is recommended to add a small table on the side of the sink. The staff are very polite."
