First off, the location is fantastic – just a two-minute walk to the Three Confucius Caves scenic area, where you can catch the gate opening and closing ceremonies. We opted for the family villa, which was perfect for traveling with seniors. There's a king room on the first floor and two twin beds on the second, ensuring everyone was very comfortable. The hygiene was impeccable, and they provided a wide range of amenities. Even small details, like having two alcohol wipes for the toilet, really impressed us and earned major bonus points. The breakfast was plentiful, and we also had lunch here, which was absolutely delicious.

Their front desk service was absolutely fantastic! They showed us to our room, gave us a free upgrade, and were so welcoming. They even helped us with our luggage all the way to the underground parking, which was incredibly thoughtful. We loved their service so much that we came back to stay again today!

I had an excellent experience when I first redeemed Marriott points for a stay on the 18th of last month, so I specifically booked another two nights this time. Honestly, this is absolutely the top choice for families visiting Qufu with children! The hotel's indoor swimming pool has clean water and is well-maintained, and my child had a fantastic time. The transportation to nearby attractions is also incredibly convenient, offering a great balance of activity and relaxation. What truly impressed me were the hotel's service details. During both of my consecutive stays, the cleaning staff, Hao Zhaojun and Chen Xia, were incredibly warm, observant, and attentive. They always noticed even the smallest needs of the guests. Additionally, the buffet is really impressive, incorporating so many authentic local specialties. The noodle dishes are comparable to those in Japan and Korea – not only are they exquisitely presented, but they also taste delicious! During our meal, Dansy Hu, the buffet manager, led by example, demonstrating high professionalism and a warm attitude that made us feel right at home. Both the facilities and the service are impeccable. Highly recommended!

The hotel service was excellent, including shuttle transfers to and from the station, and a shuttle service to major attractions. Thumbs up! The room wasn't huge, and the facilities were a little dated. However, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic; they even proactively prepared bathtub liners for us when they saw us using them. The environment is lovely, with a beautiful garden. They also offered a Hanfu experience with a photoshoot, which was done right in the hotel garden. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of options, including Qufu intangible cultural heritage snacks. Breakfast started early, which was perfect for getting out to explore without delay. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Very pleasantly surprised, the wedding room I booked was decorated for free, the effect was much better than expected, the photos were also very good, I will recommend it to my friends, I am very satisfied with the hotel's hygiene, service, and transportation! ! It is the best hotel in Surabaya! Worth recommending!

The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a smart speaker, and the bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and they provide hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, which all smell quite pleasant.
