This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! From the smiling reception at the front desk to the spotless details in the room, professionalism and care are everywhere. The attitude of the waiter was very good, full marks💯. It may be that I checked in late. I booked a standard room but the air conditioner could not blow warm air for 30 minutes. After communication, the waiter immediately upgraded it for free. After the upgrade, the room finally reached 22 degrees an hour later. The child had a cold. Got it 😷

Just a short walk to Kong Temple and Kong Mansion. Hotel was in a place boxed in by other building. My room looks out to another building just about 10M away. Room itself was still comfortable enough. Breakfast is ok. Reception staff was polite and greet every time we walk in or out

This is the third Home Inn Neo I've stayed at. The newly opened branch in 2026 is still quite satisfactory, an advantage that other branches don't have. The new branch is clean and well-equipped. It's very good and clean. I stayed here for two nights and changed rooms once, a family room and a duplex room. They were both very good. The city is not big, so it's pretty much the same as anywhere in the city. The distance is only a few hundred meters. Rent a scooter and ride slowly. You can get around the city in twenty minutes. The night view in the city is beautiful. The Confucius Temple is in the city. To the west of the Drum Tower, Confucius is on the main road of Beimen. Go straight north and ride a scooter. We'll be there in a moment. For dinner, I suggest you go to Yijiu BBQ on the west side of the hotel. Basically, skewers are $1.50. We went out at about 10 o'clock on the day we checked in. There were only a few tables at his place. We went to eat the next day and it was full of people. It was delicious. It’s expensive, I can’t say it’s not expensive, but it’s cheap, and the meat is fresh. I don’t know if it has anything to do with Yijiucheng BBQ in Jinan. The skewers are delivered to the table after they finish grilling, so you don’t have to order a la carte. This was the first time we met in Jinan last year. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Confucius Temple. They offer free parking, including EV charging stations. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and there's complimentary freshly ground coffee and juice in the lobby. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a smart speaker, and the bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and they provide hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, which all smell quite pleasant.

This is a very good place for the business travelers, their staff is very helpful. I am a foreigner and I came to this hotel to stay one day and visit a factory. Following day I have to visit an another city , but I could not found speed train or buses all are fully booked , this hotel staff willing to. Help me to arrange the trip specially 小马和欣依 both are in reception and helped me to book a transport via 滴滴顺风, it is a great help . If not I found not attend the visit tomorrow morning. 🏢 : The outside is a bit old but the reception place is bright and clear, easy to get around. 🏙️ : the location is absolutely amazing, very near to all that should be visited in QuFu 🚬 : although public areas are smoking free, it smelled terribly bad cigarettes. Even inside my room, it smelled strong odor of tobacco which was unpleasant. 🧹 : cleanliness is average and could be improved as I found some ashes and one or two peels of sunflower seeds. 🥞 Breakfast served is Chinese cuisine, very rich and delicious. Very much liked it ! Nice music during shower time which is put automatically. Good quality bed, very enjoyable sleep. Overall nice service from people working there.
