"i booked 3 nights to enjoy my stay in Can Tho. I informed the hotel that my arrival will be late and hope that they still keep my room. the hotel assured me that my room is secure irrespective of the time of check-in. this gives me a peace of mind as I don't have to rush to check-in. the delay was caused by the flight i took via VietJet. so now i know which is the more reliable airline to travel to Vietnam. such a high percentage of delay. my airport transfer was also affected but i was relieved that the hotel staff greeted me with patience and professionalism. i was happy although i was extremely tired.the room was clean, smoke free and spacious. brightly lit and all the basic necessities i needed are there. on the 2nd day, my request to clean the room was done accordingly and all the required items were refilled but of course some items are chargeable but it is still worth the money spent. i have the most peaceful rest for the three nights and i did a blunder when i left my room key when i went out to collect some stuff at the counter. the reception immediately helped me with the second key and i back to my room in no time. the lift was clean and all corners are brightly lit..so i felt so safe and comfortable. i checked out early on day 3 and notified the reception what i used and paid for it.. i forgotten that i ate some instant noodles and was contacted by the hotel later for the amount to be paid.. such an embarrassing moment. i apologized to the hotel and got help to transfer the amount for the noodles. this is the kind of service which i am looking for in a hotel. i felt happy and definitely will come back next year. on one of the days, a tour of ********* travellers checked in and the reception managed it with so tact and good manners. deserve a praise from me. i could not find any reason to complaint about the hotel but i have a thousand of reasons to compliment the hotel and recommend to all my friends. see you again in 2026."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Charmant Suites and ended up extending our visit by an extra two nights. Our room was spacious for two people, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with great amenities. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The location is ideal, right in the centre of town yet surprisingly quiet, which we really appreciated. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. The rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for a few laps before enjoying the buffet breakfast each morning, which offered a good variety of options. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for money. A special mention goes to Mr. Truyen Ngo, who was incredibly helpful in arranging our transport from Cần Thơ to Ho Chi Minh City. His assistance made our onward journey smooth and completely stress free. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, polite, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cần Thơ."

"The room was new and comfortable, but I noticed some red stains in the bathroom, not sure what they were. There was no bottled water or even a kettle provided in the room. The hotel entrance is next to a bank, making it hard to spot."

"Absolutely the best value hotel in the area. They allow us an early check in which is great as we had just alighted from a 13 hour bus ride. There is a nice swimming pool on the rooftop which provides paranomic view of the mekong river Delta. The gym is new and well maintained. The hotel is right in the center of night market and a stone throw away from the harbour where we went for the mekong river morning cruise. Will definitely come back again."

The Club Lounge is clearly a highlight of the hotel experience—the décor, food presentation, and attentive service are all outstanding. Special thanks to Miss Amy Huynh the supervisor Miss Ngoan, Miss Bich, and Miss Khoa for their professionalism and warm hospitality. The reception staff and doormen are always welcoming, smiling, and ready to assist at any time, which adds to the overall positive impression. The pool and pool bar area are clean, well-maintained, and well organized. Overall, a very pleasant and well-managed hotel experience."

"Wonderful secluded location out of town, which made it very peaceful. The pool is lovely and the staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Tasty cocktails and food. We especially enjoyed the fresh spring rolls and the fried seafood spring rolls. We hired a scooter from a rental shop in town, but it’s also very easy to order a quick Grab taxi to take you into town, which takes around 15 minutes. We were very lucky to get an upgrade to a deluxe double room which was wonderful. We infact decided to extend our stay to 3 nights instead of the initial 2. The only thing is that the poolside area (sun loungers and parasols) could do with a facelift as it is rather rundown and doesn’t reflect a 4-star hotel. Overall, a lovely resort which is excellent value for money, with wonderful customer service and a great breakfast buffet."
