The hotel is located on a secluded island and requires a boat trip to reach it. Staff will be waiting at the pier, so there's no need to worry about contacting them; someone will greet you at the pier entrance. The hotel's overall facilities and environment are excellent, but the island has many mosquitoes, so it's advisable to bring insect repellent. There was a small gecko in our room that kept crawling around. The hotel amenities were all very good and comfortable; it was a great experience.
