"This hotel is located right in the heart of town! It is perfect for waking up and immediately walking out to visit the best shops etc. The room I had was quite dark. And while all the amenities were available, the room felt a little bare and dark for me. For the price I was expecting more of a luxe experience but it felt a bit closer to a motel room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved Fort Worth!!!"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the location was good. It happened to be a local festival when I went there. There was a stage next to it, and singers were performing. The atmosphere was very good. The hotel staff was also very friendly. The front desk lady was very friendly and had a warm service attitude."

"My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment."

"The valet and greeters were friendly and welcoming. Our Jr. suite was very nice and clean. Pleasantly surprised that there were two tv sets, one in the living area and a secondary one in the bedroom. The indoor swimming pool area is small, but I'm not traveling with children, and it was nice that I can float. Jacuzzi was hot to my taste, yet not hot enough for my husband. The Jacuzzi did not have a strong jet stream. Unfortunately, the women's restroom is missing a sink. Breakfast was great! Fresh hot pancakes and eggs made to order. Overall, I would give it a score of 4.8. Sad that the patio area was not available to the public. Because of the location, service, and now knowing that the place is available for events, I know I will be promoting this location for my high school reunion. "

"It is a hostel near Hearst City Hall, but it is a clean and comfortable hostel even if it is a little soft. The room was spacious, so I used it alone, but it was a room that could sleep four people enough if I had a sophie bed. Breakfast is also simple, but it was good to eat because it was well equipped."

"I was greeted by two warm and friendly people at the desk. I was extremely tired from traveling and knowing this was a kind hotel made me feel at ease. The rooms are great! Beds comfy. The breakfast was fresh and healthy choices were plenty. All staff were happy and smiling - this makes the greatest difference for the weary traveler . Thanks Holiday Inn Express , wonderful place to end a busy travel week."

"The hotel is being renovated, and the soft furnishings of the rooms look very new. The sound insulation is relatively poor, and the crying of children and the voices of people in the corridor can be heard clearly. There will be a sudden sound of equipment running in the room, and I don't know what it is. affect sleep. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and there were hairs and whatnot. Across the street is the Water Garden, which is convenient for sightseeing. It is also close to the train station. Great location."
