"Great access to Tlaquepaque. This place made us extend our stay by one more night as soon as we checked in. The room was spacious and came with a kitchen we could use. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The jacuzzi, swimming pool, and landscaping - everything was satisfying."

"Central location of the town, eating around, shopping and its convenience, living on the 2nd floor, no elevator, the room is medium in size, there is a small balcony, you can see the scenery in the distance, parking is free, but the location is not very good."

"First, the positive: 1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. 2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging. 3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs. 4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened. 5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly. 6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room. 7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity. Now, the negative: 1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. 2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2” inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno. 3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent. 4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up. Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night. "

"２階建のロッジのような建物 内装やベッドはよかった ただ人気のホテルだから結婚式をしていてホテルのレストランが貸し切りで使えずキッチンカーのピザとサラダしか選択肢はなかった ピザはレストランの方の厨房で焼いているようでおいしかった レストランの営業がないのなら知らせてもらえれば買ってきたりできたのだが ホテルから１分のところがサンセットスポットでたくさんの人が集まるためサンセット後に車を出して買いに行くのには渋滞があるから出ていく気力がなかった 強力なパワースポットの上に建つホテルとして高価なのは仕方がないかな 初めてのセドナ宿泊としてはいい選択だった"

"Great location, the resort is close to many trails and shops. However, Hyatt globalist gets no special treatment here. We stayed in a studio room that has a sofa bed, and also has a kitchenette which was great longer stays. We took a 90min tour of the property when they tried to sell us the time share which ended up being over 2 hours even though we didn’t buy it."

"The staff is very friendly anyway. The location is good with good cospa and convenience. Considering in the district called Sedona, I think it's very good to be able to stay in this place at this price."

"The rooms were very clean. The room was rather small but, my wife and I both had more that sufficient room available. It was a minimalist experience but, we lacked for nothing, soaps, towels, microwave, refrigerator and water heater were perfect for us. All of the basic requirements were there and more than adequate. We spent 3 nights and had a great time. "
