The room I booked was studio with king bed and a sofa bed which allows 4 people to stay. I slept on sofa bed just for 1 night. Sofa bed quality was terrible, no cushion at all. It was really old sofa bed. After all, I had 20-30 bug bites which Im certain that I got it from the sofa bed. This place should replace all the sofa bed to make a better quality inn. I won’t recommend ppl to use sofa bed.

We booked through ******* and a few things were off:
1. the residents inn did not select for us the room we wanted that had the big tub we wanted for our romantic night.
2. they charge you $18/per night for parking and it isn’t transparent when booking. It should be added in the total, instead, at check-in they get your card info and keep $100 on hold for damages , but did not tell us they are keeping $49 of that for the two day parking and an additional service fee of almost $10 , plus "tax.” Very inconvenient, wrong, and misleading in terms of what we thought we would pay for our total visit.
3. Staff is not friendly. They speak two words and don’t explain to you anything you are doing that takes your money , for example: the weird lady said "this is for incidentals,” (referring to the $100 hold), she did not explain it was for the parking and service as well. So in my mind i think i’m getting my $100 back later , but it’s actually coming back as $50 after all these hidden fees. She, nor any other staff, greet or make the guests feel welcome at all. We are literally just a number to them. 1 STARRRRRR

The stay for 2 nights was nice apart from the parking charge. The amount of parking at $18 + tax for each day was never told to me, or at checkout I wasnt told anything either. Because they like to email your receipt, you dont find out you've been ripped off until later.
Breakfast was nice, but I would not stay here again because of the parking charge, and the fact that they try and hide the amount.

Room 217 is directly next to equipment room which has 2 very noisy exhaust ducts aimed directly at Room 217 bedroom window. Sleeping impossible.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast had hot options like frittatas and breakfast sandwiches. Breakfast crew exceptional. Room was lovely, hotel very clean and quiet. Pool area was good, hot tub hot. Would recommend a car if you stay here, it’s a few minutes drive to town!
