"The room has typical American-style decor. It's close to the road and conveniently located near a large McDonald's and a supermarket. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to get to the airport. It's also quite convenient for visiting the night market in the evening. They don't provide slippers and there's a charge for luggage storage. For a one-night stay, the value for money is decent."

"Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol!
Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited..
Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines.
Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm.
We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶
This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰"

"Pretty good for the price! It's pretty much what you would expect from a hotel of its caliber. The room was spacious and windows were large. Check in was smooth. Some aspects of the hotel, such as the elevator, looks a bit dated, but everything works well.
Breakfast (0600-1000) was included which saves a lot of hassle in the morning. There's a variety of bagels, muffins, cereals, fruits, as well as yogurt and oatmeal.
The hotel advertises shuttle busses to Universal Studios and Disney World, but please note that there's only 1 round trip per day to both those locations. I'm not sure about the schedule for Universal Studios but the bus to Disney World departs from the hotel 0710 every morning and departures Disney World at 2100 every day. That schedule didn't work for us so we ended up using Lyft during our stay. Honestly though, the cost of using Lyft was still more cost effective than staying on site at Disney World at a hotel that did not offer breakfast.

"Traveling with a friend's family, we requested two connecting rooms. Our window overlooked the Swan Hotel, with the pier nestled between the two hotels. To get to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, you take a boat, which is super convenient. Epcot is incredibly close; even without the boat, a 7-8 minute walk along the river gets you right to the entrance. The free Orlando gondola station is also right outside Epcot. It's a nice option for a leisurely ride in the evening. The gondola can also take you to Hollywood Studios, but it's not as convenient or quick as the boat. For Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom, just head to the shuttle bus stop to the left of the hotel entrance. Each bus is clearly marked with the park's name, making it very straightforward. The hotel lobby has a dedicated Disney service desk for tickets and inquiries, which is really handy. The lobby itself is huge and features a bar that's always bustling with foreigners enjoying drinks and chatting. There's a supermarket on the first floor, but it's honestly not cheap. I bought some drinks, a few pieces of bread, and a vegetable salad for the kids, and it cost over 1000 RMB – haha! Every evening, around 9 PM, we'd set up a table, pour some baijiu, and watch the spectacular fireworks from Epcot on the left. Sometimes, Hollywood Studios on the right would join in with their own display. Drinking and watching, it was pure bliss. Ordering takeout with Uber Eats was also incredibly easy, with a user-friendly interface. A guy even delivered our food in a Mercedes – capitalism is truly decadent! Haha 😄"

"Absolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!"

"The hotel is quite large, with 4 residential areas, each with its own parking lot. It costs $10 per day, but if you pay for 5 days, subsequent parking is free. I parked for 6 days. There are also several large fountains, creating a great environment. Dining options nearby are convenient, and both Disneyland and Universal Studios are very close."

"The room rate was average, with two double beds. The shower was nice and large. Cleanliness was also excellent, but the service felt lacking. Check-in was cold and indifferent, but the luggage storage guy was okay. There's a convenience store on the first floor with excellent service. I bought a muffin and forgot to heat it up, but the waiter rushed to bring it out. Very kind. The boat ride to both parks is very convenient."

"I randomly picked this hotel among many in the resort area. The front desk upgraded me to a suite, which was nice. Overall, it was a pretty standard, older American chain hotel – nothing spectacular, nothing terrible. It's about a 10-20 RMB taxi ride from the main resort area, and overnight parking outside costs 10 RMB. Just a heads-up: they don't provide slippers!"

"We had a great stay at Drury by Disney Springs. The room was clean, comfortable and could easily accommodate 4 adults. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property boasts a huge pool and a jacuzzi. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast which was largely the same bland options from day to day. 5:30pm kickback food was also low quality, but beggars can’t be choosers as this was free food in the evening. It was really nice to actually stay at a hotel that didn’t have a resort fee, though."

It’s a cozy place.
There’s a remarkable guy at the front desk.., his name is Sandro. He became a great friend of mine. He’s very kind, helpful and polite.
American standard breakfast.
It’s so close to the Universal City Walk.., in about 15-20 minutes by foot.
I’d stay again for sure…!!

The hotel offers a free shuttle to Universal Studios, and you can get early park access with your room card. There are two good Chinese restaurants within a 1km walk that we've tried. The hotel also has its own restaurant, a travel desk, a car rental counter, and a shop. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.
The downsides were that the shower water wasn't hot enough in the evening, and the bathroom had no window or exhaust fan.

it was nice for the price. bed was clean but there was some red thing on the pillow. (i dont mind) toothpaste is provided upon request. room cleaning is not everyday but it was done 4 out of 5 nights. i would stay this hotel again if i come here. it was really cheap.

Driving up to the hotel it looked promising, lift up to our floor felt bit old but worked well with the style, rooms were ok but looked like it could do with some freshening up.
First thing we noticed was a stain on one of the pillowcases, this made us wonder whether the beds were properly changed or cleaned, we did see a single strand of hair in the bathtub but gave it the benefit of the doubt that could be the cleaner if they did clean it. Sadly on the website it states luxury toiletries- well these were disappointing and did not feel it. We were provided with one set for two people. That is one shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, no shower gel, (you get a shower in the room) one face soap, one hand soap.
The hot water kettle dispenser was not cleaned as when we went to do an initial clean there was a lot of black stuff coming out, we had no coffee in the room either. We had to go ask reception to give us a new one and that’s when we found out we should have had coffee provided with the kettles. So far very disappointing,
We found out during our stay that the hotel doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis and we weren’t aware of this so our bins were over filling, we had to ask for toilet roll, and new towels. When we received the towels in the bedroom whilst we were out they were left on top of the toilet. Not exactly the best or cleanest place to put if especially if we haven’t had the room cleaned for a good few days.
If you want your room cleaned I expect you will need to let reception know. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and I’ve never experienced it where they don’t clean your room and I don’t mind if they don’t do it on a daily basis but they should inform you at reception when you check in.
We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we were very disappointed as international tourists not to have received any information from the hotel that it was coming and what to do/ how to stay safe/ whether there was going to be reduced restaurant opening times/ services.
This was our first hurricane. We instead received much more information and advice from our Uber drivers such as to stock up on food and water.
Our other information was from alerts we received on our phones and also by watching the news otherwise we would have been none the wiser. We are aware that other hotels received a note under their door as a minimum.
We were looking to hire a car but this hotel charges 27 dollars to park a day. So we decided to use Uber and actually turned out cheaper for us so bear this in mind.
The pros:
It’s very central and icon park is about 5 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants along the the drive in either direction. Close to the parks if that’s what you’re here for.
Reception staff are very nice and really get straight on to the case when you need something.
Two people who stood out for us was firstly Joe, who was standing outside one day as myself and my friend were deciding to visit a mall was so helpful. He even gave us some leaflets to hand it at our destination to get discounts and a free bag. He was really friendly and chatty and a great sense of humour.
The second person was Ryan, from housekeeping was also very helpful when my friend was after some items for our room. Very cheerful.
I’d only recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few days. I wouldn’t come back here again not for a holiday as I feel the basic expectations of a hotel service was lacking. Can’t fault any of the staff we dealt with.

Had a really comfortable stay at the Orlando Spring Hill Suites Hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was just right – I slept like a baby~ 😴 The staff were super friendly, check-in was quick, and their service was top-notch. The location is convenient, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and it offers great value for money! Overall, it felt clean and cozy, and I'd definitely choose this place again next time~ 👍✨

Finding the hotel was super easy, excellent location for tourists. Upon check-in, I had some issues that complicated my arrival, especially after how tired I was. Apparently, it's the hotel's policy for residents to pay a $200 refundable deposit upon check-out. The problem wasn't knowing about the deposit, but that it had to be paid in cash only. This annoyed me a lot because I just wanted to get to my room and shower, but instead, I had to go out looking for an ATM. The room was clean and smelled pleasant, even though the sheets had cigarette burn marks everywhere 😂 The shower curtain was in pieces, too small, and all the water kept spilling out 🤦♀️ Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Extremely close to Universal Studios, and the hotel even has a shuttle! Restaurants and supermarkets nearby are also super convenient. The lady at the front desk was really nice. Highly recommend!

This hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.

I was taking my nephew on a trip to Orlando, a little getaway to spoil him, on a small budget. I needed cheap, and I did my research. I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews for Garnet Inn, and they weren’t all great. I can’t tell you about those peoples stay. But I can tell you about mine
My stay here was fantastic. We had a great time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will stay here again, 100%
A few things to note- it’s a cheap hotel.
Is it fancy? No. Is it older? Yes.
Was it clean? Absolutely
The lobby is not impressive. It could be updated, the furniture looks a bit outdated, but was it clean? Yea it was! Was the price affordable? Yes it was!
The room has everything I needed. 2 beds. Lots of pillows. A huge tv mounted on the wall. A fridge. A microwave. A bar of soap. A package of shampoo. Fresh clean towels and sheets. The room was clean. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean. The mirror was spotless. I have zero complaints on cleanliness.
I chose a pool view room. Which we loved. Let me tell you about the pool. It was very clean, and there is a kiddie pool and an adult pool. Both were great. The kiddie pool is 1 foot deep. Great for kids who can’t swim, or who just what to splash around. The adult pool is big, clean, has stairs, a railing and even a lift.
The staff- everyone was super friendly to me. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Life was simple here
The breakfast- your getting the basics. Cereal, waffles, toast. Coffee and juice and milk. There was lots. It did not run out. It’s included in your stay, at that cheap of a price guess what? It’s sufficient
Room cleaning- housekeeping came everyday. Made the bed. Cleaned the garbage and changed my towels. I didn’t have to ask. They just did it.
The location- close to everything. 10 min drive to anywhere you want to go. There is a really good restaurant in the same parking lot, as well as a 7/11. There is a McDonald’s a 3 min walk down the street.
To sum it up, could it be fancier? Sure. But if it was you wouldn’t be getting this cheap of a price. All my needs were met, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. I will be staying here again, no doubt !
