Grand Hotel Orlando at Universal Blvd - Shuttle to Theme Parks

Room had a cockroach and had to move to another room

Was not happy with the hotel atoll from the moment we got there, the staff checking us in didn’t even seem like they even wanted to be there themselves, travelling from overseas we just wanted a nice enough hotel with decent internet this was not it, the room was damp and the internet was terrible they, had a smart tv in the room that didn’t even work, before we went to the parks our toilet was fine when we returned the toilet was blocked. I went to the reception to try get this sorted was no help what so ever any time we needed the toilet we had to walk to the public toilets located beside the pool. Not happy

Looks beautiful on the outside but NASTY on the inside! When I walked into room it smelled like mold,mildew,wetness so powerful I called to change rooms on a Friday but they " claim" no rooms available as they have about 30 people in waiting room checking in and out! When I called she said they would have to check me out but beings it's 11pm where am I going to find a room at that time with my kids plus Fridays are very expensive as I booked a week prior so we can go to Halloween horror.Speaking of when I booked they say they would shuttle there but we would need to Uber back which is fine, but come to find out when I checked in they only shuttle to the place in the morning and they did not tell me that when I booked the room. The room was so dirty I had to use a sweatshirt along with the kids having to use their shirts to put on our pillows, I sent the kids down to that new sheets but they said that I need to come down and get them they did not care at all about our comfort or cleansiess of the rooms because they did not change the sheets I have proof of that and pictures to show need I say more. Don't let the outside fool you because the inside is nasty!!

The location of the accommodation is good. The service at the reception is not very helpful. The room service was helpful. The restaurant staff is very friendly, but the breakfast selection is limited. The condition of the building and the rooms is also poor.

This place had hidden fees I wasn’t aware of and the service is horrible and it’s the same breakfast everyday and it’s pretty bad. The tub was clogged told them multiple times to have someone take a look at it and they ignored it. Very unsatisfied!

Room was clean and staff were really nice. Close to places you want to go to and had a shuttle to disney world theme parks

The breakfast was not satisfactory for the extra charge I paid when making reservation. Parking was also an extra charge unexpected. Otherwise nice location and appropriate accommodation.
