"The room was clean and spacious. Its location is convenient, very close to Horseshoe Bend.
However, the soundproofing is really poor. On the night I stayed, I'm not sure where, but a party was going on, and I could clearly hear people singing and loud noises. It went on until past 1 AM, which severely affected my rest.
There's a free breakfast, but the variety isn't much: bread, waffles, eggs (but they were cold đ
), standard milk and coffee, yogurt, etc. I recommend toasting the waffles before eating them; they taste much better that way.
The main issue is the bad soundproofing; everything else was pretty good."

"Very nice stay here! I planned for Grand Canyon the next day but the storm warning was on. I asked the staff for advise and they helped a lot. Lester told us to leave around 10am as the condition of snowing should be better, and it was right. We succeed to visit Grand Canyon and have a nice trip. Overall equipment is good, nice neighborhood, nice breakfast. If you want to visit Williams, thatâs the choice."

Parking is convenient but very competitive. They have a small shop with souvenirs, gear and snacks."

"We stay at Tru hotels often and love them for what we need. This stay was nice, clean, and modern. Breakfast was good and fresh for a free hotel breakfast.
I didnât give this stay all 5s because charging guests to park their car feels like an unnecessary money grab. We already paid more to stay at this hotel, even though there were less expensive options in the area."

GGuest UserSuper big room and clean. Only thing I was concerned is the curtain. Only one layer can close, the other layer is for decoration only. It is not thick enough esp. when I was given a level 1 room facing car park. With room lights on (2nd pic) and off (3rd pic), the curtain is a bit transparent. I had to do all changing in bathroom although I suppose to have full privacy in my room. Also, morning light penetrated through, made me waked up even earlier than the alarm set.
Another thing to share is about the noise. I saw other reviews that Aircon is noisy but I find it is normal. The noise came from the fridge, which I usually power it off.

Iâm giving this stay 3 stars strictly due to the service, which was among the worst Iâve experienced at a hotel.
The biggest issue is the lack of presence at the front desk. At my scheduled check-in time, the reception was empty. I had to repeatedly shout âhelloâ before anyone appeared. This happened throughout my stayâwhenever I had a question about the weather or my tour, I had to yell for someone to come out from the back. If you aren't going to staff the desk 24/7, please at least invest in a service bell so guests don't have to shout.
The housekeeping staff also seemed to be in their own world. They rarely acknowledged guests; in fact, I frequently found myself holding the elevator door for them to exit before me. When I asked for a shower cap, I was told they simply don't provide them.
Itâs a shame because the location is actually great and very quiet, with plenty of parking available. The hotel does offer some nice perks, like a free breakfast for guests and complimentary cookies in the pantry. However, unlike other places, the coffee and tea are pre-made rather than freshly brewed.
Overall: If you value peace and quiet and don't mind hunting for staff when you need help, the location is fine. But the service culture here needs a serious overhaul.

GGuest UserHubby and k got the last available room as we did not have plans to go as far as the Grand Canyon NP on this supposedly short trip. Â We were very happy to find this location, perfect for distance just outside the South Entrance. Â We got what we needed at the little store available in the hotel as well as having dinner in the Saloon without having to go anywhere outside. Â Our room was very clean, have coffee available for the next day with amenities just enough to get us over for the next day. Â Iâd stay here again as it was also very affordable. Highly recommend it.

1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful.
2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging.
3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened.
5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly.
6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room.
7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity.
Now, the negative:
1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2â inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno.
3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent.
4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up.
Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night.

YYANLIANGChecked for a long time and found this hotel without disappointment. The design of the hotel is simple and comfortable. Facilities are new and the room is clean. Although some rooms are on the road, they do not feel noisy. The little brother of the hotel saw that the frost on our car window took the initiative to get us a snow shovel, and the service was very good. There is a lot of food nearby, and Wal-Mart is very convenient.
The only drawback is that the bathroom fan sounds a bit loud.

GGuest UserThis is the most satisfying hotel for our budget trip in the United States. It is very cost-effective and safe. The hotel is located on the edge of a tourist town. It is away from the crowds but not far from shopping. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful forests and there are no other buildings. It is quiet and comfortable. , the room was clean and tidy. I liked it so much that we renewed it for one day. If we were not in a hurry, I would stay here for a month. It is much more cost-effective than accommodation in scenic spots.

NNicha ReeThe accommodation is located in an area that makes it very easy to travel to Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and Lake Powell, all just a few minutes' drive away, and it's right next to a gas station with very cheap gas. We arrived late at night, so there was no staff at the front desk; we had to check in via video, which felt quite unique.
The room itself was spacious enough to comfortably open a full suitcase. Basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator and microwave, but the furniture was a bit old, though it was fine for a 1-2 night stay.
