"The room was well kept and clean. We did have a plumbing issue that required two requests before it was fixed.
Location is excellent for sightseeing, eating, and walking trails. Scenic views right outside our door!busses are very convenient.
Parking is a problem if you arrive near sunset hours since it's open to the public."

Amazing
GGuest UserSuch a lovely place! Love the fire pit near the reception. I stayed around Christmas and the whole property was in a Christmas mood, felt really cosy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were big and clean. Really convenient that there was free parking available! Restaurant was also good.
CCourtneyThe room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.
GGuest UserHubby and k got the last available room as we did not have plans to go as far as the Grand Canyon NP on this supposedly short trip. We were very happy to find this location, perfect for distance just outside the South Entrance. We got what we needed at the little store available in the hotel as well as having dinner in the Saloon without having to go anywhere outside. Our room was very clean, have coffee available for the next day with amenities just enough to get us over for the next day. I’d stay here again as it was also very affordable. Highly recommend it.
1121505****The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and we had to carry our large suitcase down four flights of stairs when we checked out.
JJen FonLocation is excellent. Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village is just next door. Have many good restaurants nearby. Airport Mesa is just 10 mins drive. Though the room deco was a bit ordinary but it's clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful. With that price, I think it's a good deal.
DDonnaYCGreat location, the resort is close to many trails and shops. However, Hyatt globalist gets no special treatment here. We stayed in a studio room that has a sofa bed, and also has a kitchenette which was great longer stays. We took a 90min tour of the property when they tried to sell us the time share which ended up being over 2 hours even though we didn’t buy it.
WWeiChingLimGood - Unique accomodation. Sky gazing opportunity. Spacious, bed is comfy.
Bad - The dome heats up quickly in the morning. The air-con is not powerful enough to cool down. Tried once but not really worth the money.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is quite good with nice views and Whole Foods nearby. I met with the aircon issue and maintenance mgr helped to change a room quickly. Although it was smaller but problem solved promptly.Streams are out of work and cannot be fixed due to holidays.
CCafellaYou have to stay at lakepowell at least one night! ⛵️✨
Trust me — waking up to that morning view is pure magic. The calm water, soft sunlight, and red canyon backdrop… it’s honestly one of the most beautiful mornings I’ve ever had. 🌅💦
And yes — this is the actual view from our room! 😍🏞️
BbupsyThey haven’t let me to check in ~an hour before it was about to start. Not because “the room is not ready”, but just because of strict rules🤷🏻♀️ there’s a breakfast (tea, coffee, cornflakes, waffles, apples, butter). Theres a great grocery in front of the motel. They ask for a card (I had a debit one) and charged me like about $50. It was returned back like in a few days. I’ve taken a video when opening the room and when checking out to make sure they won’t press any charges on me. So if you’re afraid of it too, just record the damages. The label on the door said that you should call if arriving after 11pm. Be careful if you’re using eSIM w/o options to call and arriving late
