"Great hotel, but some niggles. Has safe parking, central location, nice staff, big rooms. In our first block power off virtually every night 6-9.00 pm, Did get moved and was a huge improvement. Breakfast could be a little more interesting On the whole well worth a visit 😎"

"My Blue Hotel is very beautiful and clean. The pool is the absolute highlight. From the pool you can enjoy the sunset super. At the beach there were always many free beds so you had a choice of place at any time. The staff distributed cocoa nuts on the beach daily. The staff is very friendly, food delicious and fresh, the evening program was varied, a very clean hotel. We would recommend it to everyone further. The location and the beach are superb. The hotel offers massages at a good price. We enjoyed the holiday in full trains. The internet was usually bad, however. In the room, there was little reception. This has potential for improvement."

"Amazing stay! I wished I had found this place before my previous booking. A mistake in my arrival date forced me to look around the area to find another hotel when I found Amaan hotels. Best choice ever! Great service, location right by the beach, breakfast buffet was a feast and the rooms have all you need after a day by the beach and pool. I would definitely choose this hotel again!! Perfect for all types of travellers!!"

"Для своей стоимости, отличный вариант бюджетного отеля. Завтраки скромные, но мы наедались: омлет, три вида фруктов по 1-2 кусочка, что-то из выпечки. Чай или кофе из банки, свежевыжатый сок. Номера чистые, хорошее белье. Пляжных полотенец нам не выдавали, но нам и не нужно было. Убирались каждый день. Смена белья по запросу. Полотенца меняли раз в три дня. Нас не смущало. Гель для душа и шампунь были в душевой, мыло. У нас была маленькая вилла в глубине отеля, в номере диванчик, сейф, холодильник. Возле виллы душ, что бы смыть песок с ног. Мы на пляж выходили босиком. Очень милый персонал. В номере кондиционер, спасает от жары. На пляже ресторанчик, можно заказать блюдо и шезлонг бесплатно. Отливлв почти нет. Мы гуляли по побережью, меняли пляжи. Это не лучший, но рядом слева много разных мест. Трансфер в отель и из отеля заказазывали в отеле, все чётко по времени."

"The entire island experiences intermittent power outages. I encountered this about three times a day in both the restaurant and my room, each lasting less than ten seconds before power was restored. Some of the staff, especially a female chef at one of the restaurants (the head chef rotates nightly), showed clear disdain for Asian guests. Upon check-in, a male front desk staff member saw that I only had a small backpack (a tiny summit pack, as my main luggage was left in Kilimanjaro and not brought to Zanzibar). I was already carrying it myself, but he forcibly took it from me, even after I told him it wasn't necessary, clearly trying to earn a tip. Once in the room, he kept making small talk and wouldn't leave, seemingly afraid I wouldn't tip him. I ended up giving him one. When I was checking out, my flight was delayed, so I asked if I could extend my check-out by an hour. The staff confirmed that an extension wasn't possible, but I could still use the hotel's beverage, snack, and other facilities. Since I had an all-inclusive package, I double-checked with a male staff member on the phone and a female staff member at the front desk about getting a drink, given my flight was delayed by three hours (my check-out was at 12 PM, and I hoped to leave around 1 PM). They both said it was fine. So, at 12:30 PM, I had a glass of orange juice by the pool. At 1 PM, as I was leaving the hotel, I was stopped and asked to pay. The staff member who had previously confirmed this with me, along with another server (not the beverage server), debated with me in front of their supervisor. Eventually, the supervisor, James, intervened and told me I could leave. One of the bartenders at the beach bar also displayed discrimination towards Asians, practically fawning over white guests. I sat there for ages, and he ignored me even after I politely asked for the menu twice, pretending not to hear. As soon as a white person sat down, he was instantly there, chatting them up. Overall, I'm dissatisfied with the service. Some staff members' English was poor, leading to communication misunderstandings (and I've studied English for many years and graduated with an English degree). The excessive debating in front of a customer also doesn't reflect good service. There were instances of discrimination and being forced into tipping. The entire service experience was very poor. The beach, however, is excellent, and the hotel's location is good."

"Замечательный отель! Там чудесная хозяйка! Потрясающие вкусные завтраки! Номера чистые, красивые! Очень ярко и атмосферно! Постельное белье, кровать, душ, все приятно и чисто! Там живут милые дружелюбные собаки. Всё это создает атмосферу отдыха! Очень понравился гостевой дом!!! Спасибо большое хозяйке!!!! Замечательная!!!!"

"Заголовок: Хороший отель с отличным расположением, но есть нюансыОстанавливались в этом отеле всей семьей. В целом впечатление осталось очень положительное.Плюсы:Расположение. Нам было очень удобно добираться до всех ключевых мест.Территория. Очень чистая, ухоженная и зеленая, приятно прогуливаться.Ресторан. Персонал в ресторане работает великолепно — вежливые, внимательные и быстрые ребята.Минусы:Из минусов могу отметить только два момента, которые немного подпортили комфорт. Во-первых, в номере был очень слабый напор воды в душе. Во-вторых, периодически возникал какой-то непонятный скрежет на крыше. Из-за этого шума ребенок боялся спать один, так что администрации стоит обратить внимание на изоляцию или техническое состояние кровли.Отель однозначно рекомендую, но надеюсь, что эти небольшие недочеты будут исправлены.
