"Disappointing stay at this resort. I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked. Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time. Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out."

"A great 4-day stay, honestly a real palace that is really worth the 5 stars, I am not disappointed, I really recommend it, the spacious rooms, the all-you-can-eat buffet, the drinks are great but sweet. The staff is really nice, always there for you."

"This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall."

"Отель хоорший, номера большие, красивые. В номере большой телевизор, холодильник, кондиционер. Питание приличное, изысков нет, но голодными не останетесь. В баре на все включено: пиво, водка, виски, джин, раки, кола, спрайт. Персонал приветливый. Далековато от моря( пешком 15-20 мин), но возит трансфер.В отеле очень приятная спокойная атмосфера."

"The hotel is clean, very good location, next to the ancient side, 5 minutes walk. The beach is also close, but since we went in December, it was not relevant for us. There is a car rental near the hotel, a day automatic car - 35 euros, the cars are good, we went to the ancient city of Perge and Aspendos, I recommend it to everyone. Opposite the hotel there is free parking. There was no shampoo and conditioner in the room, breakfasts with a small selection of dishes, we got a shabby room."
