"Great food and really good animation, quite frequently too. The resort has a large area with animals like peacocks, donkeys, and goats, plus many swimming pools. Unfortunately, there's no private pier, so we had to use the one next door. Across the road, there's an excursion guide named Azim who I highly recommend; he's a kind person and always ready to help with any questions!"

"This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall."

"Comfortable little hotel. You can certainly get angry with some problems with the soul specifically in our room and its overall tiredness, but it is a sin to complain for such money. The staff were very striking with the responsiveness and the joyfulness of the staff - they don't speak English, but the Google translator and their desire to help, for that would give 10 stars out of 5)) The number was large, we had up to 2 balconies (angle number). There is a teapot, a refrigerator, an air conditioner. To the nearest beach 6 minutes (we never learned where the beach of the hotel, went to a stranger)."

"On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything! Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor. +Mini club and disco open for kids everyday. - this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it... - noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!"

"The hotel is clean, very good location, next to the ancient side, 5 minutes walk. The beach is also close, but since we went in December, it was not relevant for us. There is a car rental near the hotel, a day automatic car - 35 euros, the cars are good, we went to the ancient city of Perge and Aspendos, I recommend it to everyone. Opposite the hotel there is free parking. There was no shampoo and conditioner in the room, breakfasts with a small selection of dishes, we got a shabby room."
